I was worried about my droopy, sleepy-looking eyes, so I had double eyelid surgery using the natural adhesion method. I was very satisfied because they were so kind from the consultation to the surgery! I had a lot of worries, but during the pre-surgery consultation with the doctor, they clearly defined the line I wanted and explained everything meticulously, which was great. Also, I didn't feel any pain at all during or after the surgery, and applying ice packs occasionally helped the bruising and swelling go down really quickly. It has been about 5 months since the surgery, and now everything has settled. I feel like I look naturally prettier, so I am extremely satisfied! All my friends keep asking where I got my surgery done lol. I highly recommend this place!

I was always self-conscious about having a double eyelid on only one eye, but I am really satisfied that the size of both eyes is now matched after the surgery. My whole face seems to look much more defined after the operation. The swelling went down faster than I expected, so recovery was easy. When I told them the line I wanted, they shaped it exactly as I wanted, and when determining the height, they tailored it to fit my eyes perfectly! They honestly told me that if I went with the height I wanted, I might end up with "sausage eyes," and instead of just saying it would work out no matter what, they set the height that suited my eyes best!! The service was extremely poor, and it was clear that there was a serious lack of proper organization and planning. The Chinese staff for online booking were unhelpful and seemed overwhelmed, which made the entire process frustrating and chaotic. There was no clear system in place, and patients were left confused and unattended. It’s very concerning to see such a lack of professionalism in a healthcare facility where people go seeking help and care. I hope the management takes immediate steps to improve their operations and treat their patients with the respect and attention they deserve.

Throughout, the preparation was smooth even tho' the communication was done on LINE in Chinese as they were not able to converse in English. Only in Chinese or Japanese. My appreciation to Miss XiaoJin, as she has been most patient with my many questions and she guided me well on the day of surgery. Post-surgery, Miss XiaoJin is still patiently answering my concerns on LINE. I am recovering well and many of my friends has commented the surgeries are well done. The prices are also very reasonable. Overall I had a good experience at Promise Plastic Surgery.
