出張のついでにArskin皮膚科で施術を受けに行ったので、記録しておきます。診察の際、私はいくつか希望を伝えましたが、医師がすべてを受け入れてはくれませんでした。やりたいと思っていた施術があったのですが、医師は私の状態を見て、今は適切な時期ではないと言い、2、3ヶ月後に来ればより良い結果が得られるだろうと勧めてくれました。本当に私の立場に立って考えてくれているのが伝わってきました。施術中、医師は道具を変えるたびにそれが何のためのものかを説明してくれ、次のステップを予測しやすくしてくれました。一度、私が少し顔をしかめると、医師はすぐに手を止めて不快ではないかと尋ねてくれるほど丁寧でした。無料のWi-Fiもあって、待っている間にREDnoteをちょっと見ていました。全体としての体験はとても良く、スタッフも皆プロフェッショナルで忍耐強かったです。

I had a great experience at this clinic. Dr Hong is friendly, professional, and takes the time to explain each treatment patiently and thoroughly. He provides recommendations based on individual needs. The consultants are warm, welcoming, and helpful. The clinic has both English- and Chinese-speaking consultants, making communication easy and comfortable. The clinic environment is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with private treatment rooms that provide added comfort and privacy.

I have a very pleasant experience today here with Arskin. They are very helpful and friendly. They have guided me very well and solved all my concerns. The ambiance is relaxing no pressure at all. I hope to come here again when I’m in Korea again!

The clinic is very clean, modern, and conveniently located. It’s not too far from the train station and was very easy to find. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. Location is easy to find, just one min walk for the station. They have translator during all the services, and I really like the translator - big shoutout to her as she helped a lot on communications as I had so many questions. And Doctor Hong is really nice and friendly in communications, he also gave me a lot of support as he knew I was a bit nervous.

It was my first time getting procedures done so I was really nervous but I’m really content with the staff, service and treatments. They made sure to check on me regularly to make sure I was comfortable and explained the procedures in detail so you weren’t going in blind sighted. Highly recommend!

金浦空港駅(キンポこうくうえき)から地下鉄9号線に乗車 → 合井駅(ハプジョンえき)または弘大入口駅(ホンデいりぐちえき)で下車し、徒歩約5分で到着します。とても近いですね？

The Arskin clinic did an exceptional job with a consultation and treatments. The team was professional and attentive to make the experience enjoyable. Gayoung spoke English very well and walked me through treatments making me feel comfortable with the care provided. Post care instructions were clearly provided and helpful. From start to finish I felt I was in good hands!

Dr Hong is fantastic, and super friendly, Pong was very patient wjth her consult, she listened to our request and customize plan for us. GaYoung is speaks English very well.

This was such a great experience! The staff were so accommodating and really listened to my concerns, and were so lovely. They were straight up with all the charges and had a Korean to English translator. Will definitely visit again!
