I had a really wonderful experience at ID Clinic Gangnam. The director was incredibly patient and professional throughout the whole treatment. Some parts of the procedure were quite painful, but he kept encouraging and reassuring me the entire time, which really helped me relax and get through it. I truly appreciated how caring and attentive he was. His professionalism gave me a lot of confidence, and I felt that I was in very good hands. I also want to give a huge thank you to the Chinese translator at the front desk. She was honestly amazing! She was so kind, warm, and patient from the moment I arrived until I left. She explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood every step of the treatment. More importantly, she gave me so much emotional support and encouragement. Since I was a little nervous before the procedure, she kept comforting me, chatting with me, and making me feel at ease. She has such a positive and caring personality that I felt like I was being looked after by a friend rather than just a staff member. She truly made my whole experience much more enjoyable and memorable. Everyone at the clinic was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and well organized. I highly recommend ID Clinic Gangnam to anyone considering aesthetic treatments in Korea. Thank you so much for taking such great care of me, I will definitely come back again!

I had botox done here the staff were really kind and helpful, the experience and atmosphere is calm and professional. I didn’t feel rushed and the consultant helped to find promotions suitable for my needs. They don’t recommend unnecessary treatments and also can speak multiple languages. I will definitely come back again.

The treatment was done gently, and the doctor regularly checked if I was comfortable. I also appreciated the clear aftercare instructions they gave me. I visited this dermatology clinic while I was back in Korea and had an excellent experience. I received Fraxel, regenerative skin injections, Potenza, Rejuran, as well as salivary gland Botox and jawline Botox for concerns about pores and skin sagging. The results were amazing — just one day after the Rejuran treatment, my skin already felt firmer and more elastic. Two weeks later, my pores are noticeably smaller and my overall skin texture has improved a lot. I’m extremely satisfied with the results. The head doctor personally performed the treatments and was very kind, professional, and thorough. The clinic was clean, comfortable, and relaxing, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. I would definitely visit again when I return to Korea and highly recommend this clinic.

One of my favourite clinics in Seoul! The staff here are super friendly and organized! They really strive to help each client achieve what they are looking for and are super proactive in finding the best treatment for you. Not to mention, they have a wide variety of different treatments catered to each concerns and have multiple locations across seoul that you can go to. Each treatment includes a complimentary consultation where you can freely discuss your concerns and what you’re looking for to the doctor who will then recommend the best treatment plan for you. Dont speak english? Not a problem at all, most of their staff all speak another language such as mandarin, english, Japanese, etc and are extremely foreigner friendly. Highly recommend to those looking to get some treatment done in seoul!

I visited this clinic recently and had a really great experience from start to finish. From the time I first inquired about skin boosters two weeks ago until the actual appointment, everything was smooth and pleasant. Ms. Karen, who handled the bookings, was incredibly kind. I mentioned that I was on a budget and preferred not to receive any upselling, and she was the first person (after checking with several clinics) who actually noted that down for me. That made a big difference. The consultant and translator were also very friendly and not pushy at all, and the doctors were amazing, professional and attentive. The clinic isn’t huge like PPEUM or Vands, but that’s exactly what I wanted. I didn’t want a factory-like experience, and this place felt much more personal and comfortable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a more tailored, no-pressure clinic experience!
