The head doctor, the department manager, the staff, the nurses, and the interpreter were all so kind and gentle that I felt completely at ease during the treatment. Honestly, I've never been to such a kind and thorough clinic before. I'd like to bring my family here next time.

I'm from mainland China, and I'm using traditional Chinese characters so that people from Taiwan and Hong Kong can understand me. I came here through a Korean friend's recommendation. I've been looking for a hospital to solve my "fat-like" facial problem since 2019 (I had fat grafting surgery before). Many hospitals couldn't solve it, and I learned about this hospital through my Korean friends. This hospital has absolutely no foreigners, because it's rare for foreigners to go there. I had my stitches removed today, and even though the swelling hasn't completely gone down, I can already see the results! My facial lines are much more harmonious and softer. I achieved a smaller face without bone reduction surgery. I'm extremely grateful to this hospital for solving my problem that I've had for so many years. The medical staff at this hospital are all incredibly kind. The doctors are very friendly and approachable. Their female director is very beautiful, and the male director is very compassionate. They don't recommend unnecessary cosmetic procedures. Even if we want to have surgery on other parts of our body, if the doctor thinks the area we want to have is beautiful, they will honestly tell us: "You are beautiful in this area; you don't need any surgery." The head of the reception department at this hospital, named Jeong Jae-hee, is very kind and lovely. She works very hard to fight for my rights. The Chinese translator, Gahye (English name: Gahye), is the kindest person I've ever met at any hospital. Her translations are incredibly accurate and precise, she's patient, and considerate of the patients' feelings. Their director, according to the Korean introduction, has received advanced training at EMORY University Hospital in the US, making him highly qualified and experienced. Every step of the process is personally overseen by the doctors; they don't just abandon us after the surgery. The doctors are truly incredibly responsible. (I studied in Korea for over a year but dropped out due to failing courses, so I can understand some Korean 🤭). I will definitely choose this hospital for any future surgeries. Even if you request surgery on other parts of your face, the doctors will sincerely tell you that you are perfect just the way you are if they believe no further work is needed. The team manager who assisted me, Jung Jae-hee, is extremely sweet and kind. She goes out of her way to fight for every legitimate right and benefit on my behalf. The Chinese translator named Gahye is by far the most thoughtful person I have encountered among all the clinics I have visited. She provides highly precise translations, possesses endless patience, and always puts the feelings of every patient into consideration. From their Korean introduction, I learned that their chief director has received advanced academic training through further studies at Emory University Hospital in the United States. The doctors boast profound professional knowledge and abundant clinical experience. They personally check on patients at every stage of recovery and never abandon their patients after surgery. The medical team here is truly extraordinarily responsible. (I studied at a Korean university for over a year before dropping out due to failing grades, so I can understand a fair amount of Korean 🤭) I will unquestionably choose this hospital again for all of my future cosmetic procedures.

Dr doesn't consult before surgery and the nurses aren't friendly. I had breathing issues after surgery and couldn't even lay down without feeling like I was out of breath. I knew something wasn't right so I went back for a final checkup before going back to the states. The gauze that was supposed to be taken out 5 days after surgery was left in my nose for a month—No apology from the dr or any of the staff. It's been 2 years since my surgery and I'm not satisfied with my results— my nose looks flatter and my eyes are still saggy. I reached out via kakaotalk with my frustrations and haven't received a response. I've been going to this clinic for over 7 years and don't plan on going back.
