代表院长金承洙为整形外科专科医生，持有医师执照第103360号、专科医师资格第2344号。曾任Brown整形外科院长及中国上海安和美医疗美容医院院长，拥有丰富的中国患者诊疗经验。
金承洙院长曾在国际学术期刊发表6篇论文，并于2017年韩国烧伤学会学术大会获得优秀论文奖。
医院坚持由代表院长一人全程负责手术的原则。核心技术并非单纯通过“拉紧”皮肤来改善松弛，而是采用多层次剥离提升术，通过将松弛、移位的组织恢复至原本的位置，实现更加系统性的面部提升。
