I am day 2 of my facial contouring surgeyr at Arc. I was at the clinic last year for my rhinoplasty and felt so supported by the clinic that I always knew for a major procedure like FC, I would return to Arc. The director Dr Kwon won multiple awards for FC and speaks perfect English. What surprised me during the consult was not just the cookie cutter factory style reduction rather specific convo about goals with refined plan. I am currently super swollen but very excited to see the final product

I can’t express enough how kind, professional, and attentive the staff are, and how wonderful Dr. Yoon Taegun is. As someone who lives in Korea but doesn’t speak Korean fluently, I was initially nervous regarding communication and translation. However, an English translator accompanied me every step of the way, from my initial consultation, to surgery day, post-operative correspondences via WhatsApp, and my follow-up appointments. Dr. Yoon took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and made me feel confident in my decision from the beginning. The level of care and communication I’ve received throughout the entire process has been amazing. I’m so glad I chose this clinic for my procedure. :)

I had under eye blepharoplasty, a mid-face lift, fat repositioning, and fat grafting done at ARC Plastic Surgery, and honestly, the experience exceeded every expectation I had. What first drew me to ARC was how responsive and transparent they were from the very beginning. Since I was traveling from Canada to Korea for surgery, being able to communicate easily through WhatsApp made the entire process feel much less overwhelming. Everything from my initial questions, quoting, scheduling, and booking was handled through WhatsApp while I was still in Canada, and every message was answered quickly, thoroughly, and professionally. Pricing was explained clearly with no pressure or vague answers, which immediately made me feel more comfortable and confident moving forward. The final deciding factor for me was meeting my doctor in person. Dr. Kwon Soon Beom, he had such a calm, warm, and knowledgeable manner that I immediately felt comfortable and cared for. The consultation itself was easy, comfortable, and very personable. Every concern I had was addressed openly and honestly. One of my biggest fears was losing my natural appearance after surgery, especially with facial procedures, but my doctor completely understood that concern and reassured me throughout the process. The clinic itself also made a really strong impression on me. The facility was incredibly clean, modern, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Everything felt very organized and professional, but still warm and comfortable rather than cold or clinical. Even the atmosphere of the clinic was calming and pleasant, which helped ease a lot of the nerves that naturally come with surgery. The staff before and after surgery were incredibly warm, attentive, and welcoming. I never felt like just another patient. My translator was also amazing and made communication smooth and stress-free throughout the entire experience. Recovery was honestly much easier and far less painful than I expected. ARC’s aftercare was extremely organized and matched exactly what they told me beforehand. The anti-swelling treatments helpes so much with healing. They also schedule me for a thermal massages next week and I can't wait! I always felt supported during recovery rather than being sent off on my own. Now that I’m healing, I can confidently say I look at least 10 years younger while still looking completely like myself. That was very important to me. I don’t look “done” or overfilled. I just look refreshed, rested, revitalized, and rejuvenated. Before surgery, I avoided going out during the daytime because I constantly felt like I looked exhausted and aged no matter how much sleep I got. Now I can go outside confidently without worrying about looking tired all the time. My confidence has honestly increased dramatically, and I feel comfortable in my own skin again. Choosing facial surgery is a huge decision, and I did a lot of research beforehand. Looking back, choosing ARC Plastic Surgery was absolutely the right decision for me, and I’m genuinely grateful to the entire team for the care, professionalism, and results they gave me.

My experience with ARC Plastic has been very positive from start to now. I came to ARC for a breast augmentation revision with an implant exchange to a larger implant size, and the entire team made me feel comfortable and supported throughout the whole process. From the initial consultation, the staff was professional, informative, and very attentive to my concerns and goals. I am currently 2 weeks post-op and recovering well. Swelling and healing are still ongoing, but I can already see the changes and I’m excited to continue seeing my results over the next few months. Hello to all, I've just recently went throught eye area surgery at ARC PS at Seoul. 1st of all it was hard to choose which clinic It was very difficult to choose which hospital to go to for surgery, but I chose this hospital because they gave me very good advice and talked to me. After out 1st meeting, i had another one right before our surgery. During these times the translater UYANGA was bery helpful +caring with her guidance. Tbh i was pretty anxious about it, but resukts were worth it. Its been only 10 days but my eye area is recovering smoothly. The thing i loved about'em was their AFTERCARE. After surgery i went whole 5 days for aftercare n advices just to check it. For the next week of surgery there will be slme signs such as red eye or swollen face(especially eye + nose area) but it aimt that deep and all, would vanish naturally as long as u keep taling ur medicines for 3 days straight and cold weight on ur eyes. In overall im truly satisfied about my experience:)))

I did upper blepharoplasty to fix my sagging and hooded eyelid, lower blepharoplasty together with mid face lifting to fix my tear trough and nasolabial fold with Dr Kwon Soon Beom. I purposely came here because of Dr Kwon. He did a good job for my previous surgery on under eye bag surgery last time. So I feel safe and comfortable him doing other of my surgeries. He speaks good fluent english too so it’s easy for me to communicate with him. My english translator Ava, and my Korean consultant Rosy did a good job explaining everything in details and thoroughly. They take good care of me when Im here throughout the while process from the beginning to the end. The clinic is well organise, clean and comfortable. I like everything of it from the environment, the staffs and the doctors. And I also did a consultation with Dr Jang for my rhinoplasty. But Im not prepared for my rhinoplasty yet now. I like how Dr Jang gave his explanation on my rhinoplasty expectations.

I’ve always wanted to make my eyes a little bigger because I have ptosis (weak eyelid muscles). Since my eye-opening strength was weak, I developed a habit of using my forehead and eyebrow muscles to lift my eyes, and I realized I really needed to fix that. During my consultation with Dr. Jang at ARC Plastic Surgery, he carefully checked my skin condition and eyelid strength, and explained clearly whether I should go for incisional or non-incisional double eyelid surgery. I was also a bit worried that my eyes might look too feminine after surgery, but Dr. Jang assured me that he could keep my masculine features while still creating a defined, balanced look, which gave me a lot of confidence. So I decided to go ahead with incisional double eyelid surgery + ptosis correction, and honestly, the entire experience was amazing. Dr. Jang, David, Ava, and the whole ARC team were incredibly kind, supportive, and attentive from start to finish. I genuinely felt safe and well cared for throughout the whole process. During the consultation, I never felt pressured — everything was explained clearly and honestly, which made me feel very comfortable with my decision. The nurse who did my IV was incredibly skilled, and thanks to Dr. Jang, my recovery was smooth. Other than some minor swelling, I hardly felt any pain. The clinic is clean, professional, and calming, which really helped me relax and feel at ease. had facial contouring surgery at ARC one week ago. I still have some swelling (I tend to swell easily and usually need to ice my eyes every morning), but everything went really well. Dr. Kwon listened carefully to the results I wanted—especially that I didn’t want a flat-looking face—and tailored the procedure accordingly. The entire team has been wonderful. David and Ava were especially kind and made the whole process much easier. I’m also very impressed with the aftercare. I’ve been able to come in for deswelling treatments almost every day due to my tendency to swell, and scheduling has been super easy. Communication has also been seamless—Dr. Kwon is fluent in English, and the translators make everything go smoothly. Overall, I highly recommend ARC! I’ll update this review once all the swelling has gone down in a few months. I can’t wait to see my new face!
