I recently had my daughter’s double eyelid surgery at TS Plastic Surgery with Dr. Yoon, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. At first, we were hesitant about whether to go through with the surgery, but Dr. Yoon took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all of our questions with patience and honesty. His professionalism and caring approach gave us confidence and made us feel comfortable with our decision. The surgery turned out even better than we had hoped. The results look very natural, and my daughter is extremely happy with them. We are truly satisfied with the outcome. We also want to thank the consultation coordinator, who was incredibly kind, friendly, and supportive throughout the entire process. She made us feel welcome from the very beginning. After 3 failed DES in Vietnam leaving my eyelid crease abnormally high and thick, I was in despair and extremely frustrated. Found out about TS clinic on UNNI and really liked what i saw in the photo reviews provided by their paying customers so I immediately scheduled a consultation + surgery hoping it’ll be my last time having to do any revision DES again. During the consultation - Manager Lizzy & Chief surgeon, Dr. Lee Sang Kyun was very kind and patient in answering all of my questions. To be honest, I had faith in Dr due to his extensive experiences with tough revision cases I just needed to show him some photos and he already knew the results I wanted Additionally, during the surgery he checked on my eyes making me close and open multiple times, sat up and took photos multiple times to ensure the eye symmetry is balanced as well as achieving the desired eye line. It’s only Day 0 post surgery but i’m really liking the line a lot ~! I can’t wait for the swelling to go down more but this time round the swelling was not even as severe as compared to my past 3 surgeries and i’m really amazed fr. Thank you TS team. ❤️

After months of research, reading reviews, and comparing different hospitals in Korea, I finally chose TS PLASTIC SURGERY for my surgery journey. The main reasons were the doctors' expertise, the hospital's strong reputation, and the amazing results I consistently saw from their patients.

We had a great experience with TS from from the initial contact to the appointment date. It is very foreigner friendly as they have very helpful English and Chinese speaking staff on site. They are able to address any questions and concerns prior to, and on the day of the surgery. We are grateful for the work of Dr. Kim Ki Jae and Dr Yeo Hyun-dong. In particular, Dr Yeo was very meticulous in measuring and ensuring that my mother's eye shape position and concerns were taken into consideration before operation. Even after the operation, he came to check on her, and initiated a re-correction procedure on the day (even though the surgery went smoothly). It is clear that he is very diligent and cares a lot about his patients.

I recently underwent double eyelid surgery at TS plastic surgery, and I felt like my experience was overall good from the pre-consultation to the surgery itself. They were patient with answering my questions, and I felt confident with the surgeon I chose for the procedure. On the day of the procedure, I went in an hour earlier than my scheduled appointment but had to wait 3-4 hours past my scheduled procedure time which was quite off putting. After the procedure was completed, there was very little follow up on progress, and I was slightly disappointed by the aftercare or lack thereof. Overall, I think the experience was on the good side but I cannot give a higher rating due to the problems I encountered during my experience.

I had a great experience with TS Plastic Surgery and in particular with their partner Indounnie agent Jeon. Most importantly this clinic does their due diligence and takes every single concern seriously. We came to South Korea in late April to do a revision on an old rhinoplasty that I had in 97 in Indonesia, an upper blepharoplasty, lower blepharoplasty and a forehead lift. I also chose to get skin botox and other skin injections while under during the surgery. Indounnie agent was in communication with us throughout the entire process from prior to arriving and even till now. This clinic is very thorough in requiring previous medical records and surgeries, EKG/ECG, blood test results. I must say first and foremost they do their due diligence as medical professionals and their staff are also lovely and kind. I went with 2 different surgeons, Lee Sang Kyun for the forehead lift and rhinoplasty revision and Lee Seung Chan for the upper and lower eyelid. Indounnie agent Jeon helped us communicate with Dr. Lee Sang Kyun by translating the consult to Indonesian, the consult was thorough, pricing procedure was straightforward and post-procedure notes were provided and signed on that day. The consultation with Dr. Lee Seung Chan who speaks English was extremely detailed and informative, he went through every single aspect what the surgery would entail, he also answered every single question my daughter and I asked. My surgery was 7 hours long due to the amount of work I was getting done and the discovery of bacterial biofilm of enterococcus on my OLD implant that I had done in Indonesia in 1997. I am EXTREMELY grateful that I went through with the surgery at TS and with their partner Indounnie as I would have never discovered this issue and my body could have decided to react to it at any point in the future. Again showing their due diligence, Dr. Lee Sang Kyun cleaned out the area during the surgery with antibiotics and provided me more IV antibiotics across several days upon discovery of this, they sent the OLD implant to the lab and provided a report in English for me to take home and hand over to my general practitioner in Australia. They then augmented my medications to adjust for this discovery. I had a new partial implant put in and donor cartilage. The eye procedures were done EXACTLY to my liking, Dr Lee Seung Chan did an OUTSTANDING job. We communicated through Indounnie agent Jeon on WhatsApp whenever we had any concerns post surgery and she was so quick to respond and relay the information to the clinic and doctors, she was an integral part of me having a great experience with my surgery and post-op care, she arranged everything we needed and was literally with us at EVERY aftercare appointment, such as the LED light therapy which I did almost every day after surgery. Indounnie also provided an aftercare package which came in handy during the recovery period. Whenever I had concerns we pretty much saw a doctor in the clinic immediately to ensure it was taken care of, they did not dismiss any of my concerns that I brought up via Indounnie agent instead they listened and investigated and pretty much brought me in to the clinic ASAP. They treated my concerns with seriousness and urgency, I haven’t experienced at other clinics, even though that concern wasn’t actually serious in reality. Also the nurses are actually gentle and careful when performing their duties unlike at other clinics. Overall I had an amazing experience with TS and love the results of the surgery, through their partnership with Indounnie they coordinated together to ensure I had a great experiences. They were crucial in organising, translating, accompanying and relaying information to and from the doctors and other staff to me and vice versa.

I had a wonderful experience at TS Plastic Surgery and I am truly happy with my results. I underwent eye surgery with Dr. Sang-Kyun Lee and anti aging surgery with Dr. Yoon Jeong Min. Both doctors were incredibly professional, skilled, and detail-oriented. They took the time to explained the procedures clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence before surgery. The results look very natural and refreshed. My eyes appear brighter, and my face looks lifted with a sharper jawline while still maintaining a soft and balanced look. Even though I experienced some normal swelling and puffiness during recovery, I could already see how precise and well-done the work was. I highly recommend TS Plastic Surgery to anyone considering procedures in Korea. The doctors’ expertise, combined with the warm and professional care from the entire team, made this a truly positive experience.

I had a reservation for a nose surgery and arrived exactly on time because they told me to. But guess what? I had to wait for more than an hour and a half. What’s the point of taking reservations if you make people wait like this? It’s completely unprofessional and disrespectful. The front desk staff didn’t even bother to apologize once. They just ignored everyone waiting as if it was normal. And let me be honest — the Korean reviews are all advertisements. Don’t be fooled. This place doesn’t care about patients at all.

I stayed in Korea for two weeks and originally did not have any plans to get surgery. My sister had done extensive research and found Dr. Hong Daewon at TS Plastic Surgery. After seeing how successful her surgery went (also non-incisional DES), I decided to get my eyes done as well. Dr. Hong was very attentive to my concerns and how I wanted my results to be very natural. During our consultation, he was very thorough and made sure I was completely happy with the changes he was going to make and also asked if I had any questions. TS Plastic Surgery provided the best care before, during, and after my procedure. I can understand Korean but I cannot speak it that well so they brought in a translator to make sure everything was clear and there were no language barriers. I am so glad I ended up going with Dr. Hong Daewon at TS Plastic Surgery!! It has been 1 month post-op and most of my swelling has gone down. I get so many compliments on my eyes and some people cannot even tell I got them done. Thank you TS Plastic Surgery!

I visited TS for a consultation today, and the experience was excellent. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and the environment was clean and well-maintained. Dr. Lee Sang Kyun took the time to address my concerns with great care and attention to detail.

I made a reservation for double eye lid surgery back in July for this December. The communication was good before I made the reservation and so I send my deposit to secure the spot. I contacted them again to confirm my appointment last week and got no response until today which is already 6 days . I check to make sure the WhatsApp chat is correct and I called but they hang up on me maybe because they cannot speak English. I am trying to reach out to cancel and get my deposit back since I am not comfortable to get my surgery there anymore. The rate based on my experience on just communicating with them but it also shows how bad their customer service is . Wish me luck and hopefully I can get my 310K won deposit back .

After a certain age, I started having very puffy eye which would make my eye look smaller. It made my facial appearance look very dull. I was sad and looking for a place where I can safely have the procedure, without looking fake. Thanks to TS plastic surgery, it looks very natural and I am very happy to choose them.
