I had a lovely experience! The staff were kind and friendly, and the process was efficient! They have staff that speak different languages available so communication was really easy since there was no language barrier and no room for misunderstandings. I also loved that they had snacks and drinks available, as well as charging outlets at the waiting area! My appointment started with a face skin scan, then consultation with the doctor, skin cleaning and extraction, numbing cream, then the treatments. They also prescribed some medication to take after the treatment to make the healing process smooth and to make sure the results are maintained!

i had a great time here at lamiche dermatology. they really let you experience premium care. no need to worry about the language barrier because they have a translator, and most of the staff can speak english too. they have a very nice and clean facility, and the treatment really improved my face! will definitely recommend 🤍

I came across this place on Instagram and was particularly drawn to it because it advertised its excellent interpreter service, but visiting this clinic turned out to be a huge MISTAKE. They couldn’t arrange an interpreter, and I was kept waiting for two hours just for a simple make-up removal. Five hours of my already limited time in Seoul were wasted at this clinic. (4 hours of waiting) The prices are exorbitantly high and inflated. They did a measly one-hour cleansing and mask treatment and that was it. They don’t provide you with a document detailing the results of the initial skin analysis or the specifics of the service you received. Their aim is to scam tourists and take their money. Definitely don’t go there – it’s a waste of your time; I wouldn’t recommend it.

The consultation with a doctor was thorough, and the 3D scan of my face was impressive. i’ve been to other clinics and that hasn’t been done before. I also received excellent instructions on maintaining my skin’s best condition for the future. I’m grateful for the tailored care that prioritized my specific needs while ensuring safety. Very foreigner friendly clinic with excellent service. All staffs were kind, professional, and very attentive throughout the whole process. It was my first time getting a laser treatment and I’m satisfied with the result. The treatment was done properly, and everything felt reliable. I would definitely visit next time! I visited Lamiche together with my wife on December 8th, and our experience was excellent from start to finish. From the very beginning, I was impressed by how clean, well-organized, and professional the clinic is. Lamiche operates across multiple floors and has a large team of highly specialized doctors. In a single day, it’s possible to undergo 12–14 treatments, often performed by different doctors, each focused on a specific laser or technology. The process is extremely structured and reassuring. It starts with a thorough skin analysis done together with the doctor, followed by a clear and honest explanation of what can realistically be achieved. Only after that do you choose the most suitable treatment path. Throughout the entire experience, we were supported by dedicated English-speaking coordinators who guided us at every step, translated everything the doctors explained, and made sure we felt comfortable and fully informed. The treatments included skin preparation, multiple laser procedures, and, when necessary, small targeted injections, all performed with great precision and care. Every doctor we met was highly professional and attentive. I’m already very satisfied with the early results: my skin looks more even, pigmentation is starting to fade, and the under-eye area already appears brighter. At the same time, the team was very clear with us that the real results will develop over the next 3–4 months, when the skin naturally begins to produce more collagen than usual. What I truly appreciated is Lamiche’s honest, long-term medical approach — no shortcuts, no unrealistic promises, just a personalized strategy based on science and experience. Without a prior reservation, but as soon as you arrive, you were moved. The entire 7 floors are filled with security, and the details are very humanized, such as rechargeable sofa waiting areas, unlimited drinks and bread available at any time. What's most surprising is the complete lack of communication barriers! Chinese + one-on-one translation services from multiple countries are professional and friendly, with doctors accurately conveying every word during face-to-face consultations. Even technical terms are explained clearly, filling the room with a sense of ceremony. The dean was too generous, sending out several additional items directly. With Christmas coinciding with numerous limited activities, the benefits were overwhelming, from the environment to the service and details, every detail exuding a human touch, far exceeding expectations. It's definitely a great dermatologist to visit.
