I had a beak-shaped nose due to a misalignment between the silicone and cartilage at the tip of my nose after revision surgery (the first was performed at a different hospital). The director, who graduated second in his class at Yonsei University, reshaped my nose to a height and size that perfectly matched my face, giving it a smoother tip.
