Had my first Korean skin care experience! It wasn’t planned so I didn’t have an appointment but they were very helpful in helping me set up one for the next day. The service at Forena was fantastic, it was an efficient and friendly service. They have a great view of the city while you wait and offer tea and coffee. They have a locker room for your belongings, a backpack and purse fit nicely while you get your procedure done. I got the genesis laser. Took about 5-7 mins for the procedure itself.

I had a very pleasant experience at Forena Clinic in Seoul. The clinic is beautiful, modern, and extremely well organized, which immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in their services. During my visit I had several treatments: Ultherapy, Onda, Juvelook, and Potenza. Everything was explained clearly beforehand and the procedures were performed very professionally. The discomfort was very manageable and overall the pain was quite tolerable. The team was incredibly kind and attentive throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Sarah and Brian, who were especially friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Forena Clinic to anyone looking for high-quality aesthetic treatments in Seoul.

I’ve been to this clinic twice now and absolutely loved it both times! Booking was a breeze—I just messaged them on WhatsApp about three weeks before my Korea trip and easily set up an appointment for two. Before jumping into the treatments, we had a great skin analysis and consultation. Our consultant, Miso, was the sweetest! She was super friendly and gave us some really helpful treatment suggestions. We even got our own private room, which made the whole experience feel so relaxing. They even gave us snacks and drinks as I had a long day of treatments scheduled. All the staff were incredibly accommodating and kind. If you’re heading to Korea and looking to treat your skin, I can't recommend this place enough!

I especially liked Miso — she was kind, patient, and really took the time to help me choose the right treatment for my needs. I truly appreciated her guidance and professionalism. I made a reservation on Kakao talk and waited 50 minutes after arriving. This was discouraging considering people were coming in AFTER us and were still being seen/treated before. I had to go ask the front desk around 45 minutes if they forgot about us Consultation was actually very good! Informative and let us know about all our options with transparent pricing Treatments itself seem a bit “factory like”. Pretty rushed and was being quickly escorted from room to room. Didn’t feel very personal or give me time to breathe between treatments. My partner got the same treatment right after me and the machine broke on him twice…. So that was strange and took extra time. It made me and him nervous bc I’ve never heard of that happening and the translator left him so it was kinda confusing and made us anxious not knowing what was going on. The clinic also seems very biased. The girl before us got one singular treatment and it was also her first time. I noticed all they gave us was 2 sheet masks and they gave her free products like full sized cleanser AND sunscreen as a service (or Free). I’m not sure how they choose but it doesn’t feel good seeing someone else get better treatment for going to the same place. This was our first time and I do not think we will be back. Having to wait almost an hour past our appointment time to being treated differently for being an equal paying customer does not make me feel good.

Overall I am very pleased with my visit at Forena Clinic. From the moment I contacted them on WhatsApp to leaving the clinic I was very impressed with their customer service and how informative they were. Kelly was amazing. She was my consultant and explained in detail the different treatments that I could choose from that best suited my skin concerns. The whole staff were very friendly and attentive. I booked the thermage and aqua peel. The thermage was a little painful (but bareable) however the doctor modified the intensity for me. I can’t wait to see the results and visit the clinic again.

I had a great experience at this skin clinic! The staff were all fluent in English, which made communication super easy. My consultation was clear and straightforward, and I felt like the advice was really reasonable. The service itself was attentive and quick. They also provide you a guide on how to take care of your skin afterwards. Highly recommend!
