スキンケアメニューが細かく揃っており、ニキビに特に強く、私自身もニキビ跡の治療を受けました。院長もこの分野のスペシャリストで、次回も体験しに行きます。

面診は2人の院長が交代で行い、治療方針の説明時には院長が中国語の資料を開き、1つずつ対応させながら解説してくれるため、理解の負担が格段に軽減されます。コミュニケーションも非常にスムーズです。

院内にはOndaはありませんでした。最初は少し意外でしたが、院長が明快に説明してくれました：彼は短期的な変化よりも、効果が長持ちし肌への負担が少ない機器を重視しているのだと。面診中、医師が話していたのは「この施術の持続期間」「現在の肌状態に合っているか」「今やる価値があるか」でした。

Fantastic skincare experience!! Had our appointment on Saturday. We were super late due to the horrible traffic but they were super understanding and supportive🫶if possible pls go to the Chinese receptionist she’s the best!!! My mom and I had our facial examinations done first and got to talk to the doctor who’s definitely professional and rly patient. We had a bunch of items done and the whole process was well-organized and efficient. Overall wonderful experience with perfect services and professional treatments🥰

ソウル観光のついでにスキンケアを受けに来ました。鹿美人（ロクミジン）を選んだのは、3人の院長がすべて皮膚科専門医で、韓国の2％に入る「本当の専門医」だと知ったからです。施術当日は少し赤みがありましたが、翌日には外出でき、旅行に支障はありませんでした。料金は他のクリニックより少し安かったですが、効果は全く劣りませんでした。私にとっては「専門医＋プライムなし」の組み合わせで、コスパは本当に高いと思います。

私がロ美人皮膚科で受けたのはニキビケア＋修復プログラムです。正直、ここを選んだのは3人の院長全員が皮膚科専門医という点に惹かれたからで、韓国の医師のうちこの資格を持つのはわずか2％ほど。皮膚の反応を細かく把握しているのが実感できました。繰り返しニキビができる私の肌は、以前の治療では炎症後色素沈着しやすかったのですが、今回は術後すこし赤みはありましたが3日目には落ち着き、新たな吹き出物もありませんでした。医師の説明も誠実で、次々と商品を勧めるようなことはなく、段階的に処方を調整してくれました。全体としてプロフェッショナルで信頼できる印象です。

病院の環境は高級で開放感があり、サービスもとても行き届いています。院長は私のシミの問題に対して適切な治療プランを提案し、専門的な説明をしてくださいました。

Blatant Discrimination： When my Alipay transaction failed (a common issue requiring bank authorization), the clinic’s translator responded: “This is Korea, not China.”This xenophobic remark was unprovoked and wholly irrelevant to resolving a payment issue. As a medical facility, you should prioritize patient care—not mock clients’ nationality. No patient deserves such disrespect. You’re profiting from Chinese clients while treating them with contempt. ！！！To Chinese travelers！！！Support clinics that value your dignity. To the clinic: Apologize, retrain staff, and adjust your discriminatory practices.

I had a good experience at this clinic for my treatments so far. The doctor/dermatology technique was gentle and precise — I felt very safe in their hands. Communication in basic English was not a problem, and they also have a Mandarin translator, which may be helpful. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and the results looked natural.
