YangYoonDol Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

Due to my prognathism and malocclusion, I lacked confidence in my profile and always covered my face. After much deliberation and reading highly credible reviews, I chose Yang Yoon Dol Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and underwent double jaw surgery along with two types of facial contouring surgery. Although I experienced some difficulties during the recovery period immediately after surgery, I gradually felt more at ease over time. Now, 1 year and 5 months later, my daily life has completely changed. Everyone I meet compliments me on how my face has become smaller and prettier. Most importantly, I have gained a lot of self-confidence, and now I walk around proudly without covering my face. I hope this helps those who are facing similar concerns.

I was very hesitant, but I decided to have the surgery here because the consultation was kind and the explanations were detailed. I was worried about significant swelling after the surgery, but it seemed to gradually improve after about two weeks. The director and nurses helped put me at ease before the surgery and treated me well during my follow-up visits as well. It has been about a month now, and I feel more comfortable speaking and my appearance seems more natural. Thank you.

I had consultations at four hospitals, including this one, but Dr. Kang was the only one who actually touched and examined my face. During the consultations at other hospitals, I was only told that double jaw surgery wasn't necessary, but Dr. Kang explained in detail that double jaw surgery was possible if I planned to have philtrum reduction surgery in the future, but that a dramatic change couldn't be expected. The doctor needs to learn how to respect patients first. When I tried asking some questions he said can you listen to me first? So I waited. And then when it’s finally ok for me to ask he just answered very carelessly and with annoyance. And hurried to leave the room without me clearing up things. I felt so disrespected, more because I went with my mom. We asked for the doctor’s apologies but only got other staff to attend to us. I only saw the arrogance from the doctor. The other staff were even much better than the doctor himself. Those other doctors I visited who did unpaid consultation even did with much more care and respect.

There isn't much of the pain feeling during the process and i can resume eating a few hours after the surgery.
