I had a great experience at Heyday Clinic in Gangnam. The clinic is very clean, modern, and well-organized, which made me feel comfortable right away. Ana Kim were friendly, professional, and able to communicate clearly in English, which really helped as an international visitor. The consultation was thorough and not pushy at all—they took time to understand my concerns and recommended treatments that suited my skin rather than overselling anything. The doctor was gentle and skilled, and the procedure itself was much more comfortable than I expected. I also appreciated how efficient everything was, from check-in to post-treatment care. They explained aftercare clearly.

My experience with HeyDay Clinic Gangnam was really good. The staff is polite and helped me understand the process. I went for full body hair removal, and liked the 5 sessions package. The staff helped me get discounts too. I highly recommend it. They have discount events going on too. They have lockers too, so we can store our things as well.

My husband and I both got treatments here. We had a good experience! The staff provided a clear and professional English consultation, which made everything easy and comfortable. The doctor who did my treatments was friendly and offered good advice on which areas to do my Ultherapy and Thermage. The clinic has a nice, modern environment. It didn’t feel too factory style. Every felt clean and premium. Note that services are spread across two floors, so you may need to move around depending on what you book. Korea no longer offers the tax refund on skin treatments, but Heyday provides their own tourist offer which helps. Overall, I’m happy with the results and would recommend them for quality aesthetic care in Seoul.

This is my first time visit to HeyDay clinic, the environment was very nice, the staffs made me feel welcomed and took great care of me, very considerate as well. I was nervous at first but the staff made me feel comfortable, and the whole experience felt very calm and positive. I don't speak Korean, the consultation was in English and there was no problem with the communication. There is no hard selling at all, which is very different to the clinic in the country that I am from. The staff gave me good advice, and she recommended the treatment that serves what I need. Looking for a clinic that offers everything? Heyday has it and at great prices. Less factory style so they offer more personalised attention. English consult was not a problem. They give you honest advice and recommendations, but no heavy sales push. Fat dissolving methods differ per clinic, but I found their process thorough and not rushed. Best to be ok with 💉 though! Located in Gangnam and on the ground floor. Easy to find

I had a really great experience at Heyday Clinic. I was honestly surprised by how caring and considerate everyone was. From the start, the staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed, and the whole experience felt very calm and positive. I especially want to thank Jiyoo Lee. She was so nice, sweet, and very helpful. She took her time with me, explained everything clearly, and always checked on me to make sure I was okay. She is also very fluent in English, which made communication so easy and with no stress. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience at Heyday Clinic and would definitely recommend it.

It is important to do research before selecting a clinic and I didn’t, which I regret deeply. Heyday is a factory clinic? You have a consultation with the receptionist and you never get the chance to talk to the doctor. I selected multiple treatments and I did not get any introduction or information about the treatment before it was performed. I was passed from treatment to treatment without any communication or explanation. So if you still select Heyday, you have to do some research about the treatment unless you think the receptionists have same knowledge as the doctors that you can trust. And btw no privacy while the treatment was performed

Got recommended by a dermatologist to this clinic in Gangnam Seoul. The clinic located right in the heart of Gangnam in the same building of Olive Young which is very easy to find. Staffs were nice and they can speak multiple languages. The prices are reasonable and definitely cheaper than Australia. The whole clinic is modern, clean and has everything to make you feel comfortable for whatever procedure you would like to do.
