I had my vision correction surgery at BGN Eye Clinic in Seoul, and it was truly one of the best decisions I’ve made. I had been wearing glasses and contact lenses for over 30 years, and I finally felt like it was time to make a real change. After researching online, I learned that Korea is known for having some of the latest and safest eye surgery technology, which led me to BGN. From the very beginning, their service was impressive. I contacted them through WhatsApp, and their responses were always fast and clear. Communication was never a problem — they answered all my questions patiently and sent helpful email reminders before my appointments. Making the appointment was very easy and smooth, especially as an international patient. Originally, I planned to do SMILE LASIK because the price in Korea is about one-third of the cost in the U.S. After reading many positive reviews, I felt confident moving forward. On the day of surgery, I was definitely nervous, but once I arrived, I felt reassured. The clinic is modern, spotless, and very well organized. I also saw many other patients there for vision correction procedures, which made me feel like I was in experienced hands. The staff member who assisted me spoke fluent English and was incredibly kind and friendly. She guided me through all the detailed pre-surgery exams and consultation. After reviewing my results, I chose to upgrade to SMILE Pro, which uses newer technology and only takes about 8–10 seconds for the laser portion. The price was still very reasonable and absolutely worth it for my eyes. Before the procedure, everything was explained clearly. They used numbing eye drops, so I didn’t feel pain, just slight pressure. The surgeon also spoke perfect English and calmly talked me through the entire process. She told me when to look at the green light and then follow the white light, which made it very easy to follow instructions. The procedure itself was incredibly fast and efficient. Right after surgery, my vision was already noticeably clearer, though slightly hazy at first, which they explained was normal. They gave very clear aftercare instructions, including how to use the eye drops and what to avoid during recovery. The whole experience felt professional, safe, and very well coordinated from start to finish.

Life changing experience ! I’m so glad i came here to BGN to get my Lasik Smile surgery. I’ve been wearing glasses since i was 7 years old for 23 years & contact lenses for over 15+ years. It feels amazing to be able to see 20/20 vision. Staff here speak english, very easy to get along. If you need Mongolian translator Tugsjargal is a very professional employee for BGN, much recommended. The facility is located on 11th floor @ Lotte Tower with a beautiful view. I’m satisfied with my experience here at BGN i was able to get back to my normal life after just 1 day which is mind blowing! Their technology is super advanced compared to other places. Smile surgery only took about 10 minutes total for both eyes pain free. I loved the calming clean environment

I recently had the SMILE Pro surgery done at BGN Eye Clinic in Gangnam Lotte Tower, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The entire process from the comprehensive eye exam to the actual surgery—was incredibly quick and smooth. The full exam and surgery cost me about $3,100, and I also opted for the PRP-based healing eye drops, which were an additional cost but absolutely worth it. The staff were all friendly, professional, and fluent in English, which made everything so much easier to understand and more comfortable. The procedure itself took less than 10 minutes!! I was in and out of the operating room before I even had time to feel nervous! Recovery has been great so far, and I’m already seeing clear results. A special shoutout to the lovely staff member who took care of me throughout the process unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but she was so kind and reassuring. I truly hope life blesses her with all the money and success she deserves It’s been day 1 post operation and I feel great. Vision is adjusting however I am able to see without glasses or contacts. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but this clinic.

Currently in my recovery phase, but behind the slightly blurry vision, I can see the 20/20 vision on the way! I just had some work done at BGN Eye Clinic, and honestly, I can’t thank them enough. I originally flew to Korea hoping to get SMILE surgery because I wanted to ditch my glasses for good. 🤓 When I got to the clinic, they did a bunch of tests to check if my eyes were healthy and suitable for the procedure. Turns out, I wasn’t a good candidate for SMILE, but they recommended I go for ICL instead. At first, I was a bit doubtful, but the optometrist really put my mind at ease. She explained that the procedure was quick, simple, and recovery was fast. I’ve never felt more comfortable with a doctor before, it made a huge difference. Fast forward to now, my eyes are better than I could’ve imagined, and I’m completely glasses-free!!! Seriously, thank you to everyone at BGN Eye Clinic for changing my life.
