My experience at Ilchi Clinic was spectacular from start to finish. As someone living in the United States, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the booking process was. The staff was incredibly responsive, helpful, and spoke excellent English. With only a modest deposit, I was able to secure my surgery date three months in advance. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The clinic is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean, yet it doesn’t have the impersonal, commercial feel of a large hospital. Instead, you’re welcomed into a warm and intimate environment where the staff takes the time to get to know you and carefully discuss your goals and options. Dr. Moon is outstanding. He is the only Korean surgeon trained under Dr. Kao and is deeply familiar with his techniques. During my consultation, we thoroughly reviewed every aspect of my surgical plan, ensuring that all of my questions and concerns were addressed. I underwent surgery the very next day. The entire experience was remarkably smooth and pleasant. The staff was supportive, attentive, and professional every step of the way, making me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the process. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Ilchi Clinic to anyone considering surgery.

I did extensive research and interviewed three doctors before choosing Ilchi. Coming from abroad I had a lot of anxiety and questions. The staff were so attentive and professional and alleviated all my fears. I have seen dozens of doctors in the US and have never seen the kind of genuine care and attention to detail that I experienced at Ilchi.

In March 2026, I underwent an endoscopic brow lift with hairline advancement (forehead reduction surgery) at the ILCHI clinic. The procedure was brilliantly performed by Dr. Moon Hyun Seok. I am very pleased with the outcome. The recovery has been remarkably smooth: there was virtually no swelling or pain, and the healing process has been free of complications. I am currently in the recovery stage, and already one week post-surgery, my appearance is quite presentable. The suture removal was also completely painless. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Moon Hyun Seok for his exceptional skill, precision, and professionalism. I also wish to thank the entire surgical team and all the clinic staff who were involved in my care — from the nurses to the coordinators — for their warmth, attentiveness, and competence. Everyone contributed to making my experience comfortable and reassuring. I would also like to especially commend the excellent post-operative care: daily procedures using a specialized laser lamp were provided, which greatly helped to quickly reduce swelling and promote active healing. The ILCHI clinic itself left the most positive impression. The atmosphere is calm and professional, and every staff member I encountered was exceptionally attentive and supportive..

The clinic provided an online consultation before the treatment, which helped me prepare and understand which procedures I might need before flying to Korea. However, the final decisions were still based on the in-person consultation. The clinic has a simple, low-key design and offers services in multiple languages. Dr. Moon doesn’t talk a lot, but the advice given during the consultation was very helpful and directly answered the questions I had before my trip.

The translators and consultants were incredibly kind, patient, and made sure I fully understood every step of the process, which really put me at ease. I came in with concerns about my smile lines and was looking for a long-term solution. Since I’m still young, I didn’t want a deep or aggressive facelift, but rather something effective and less invasive. After a thorough consultation, I decided on a mini lift. The downtime is much shorter, and the doctor uses a technique he has personally refined and specializes in, which gave me a lot of confidence. The clinic was beautiful and Dr Moon’s assessment was exactly what I wanted. I can’t wait to see the results. Update! It’s5 days after my procedures and I’m feeling great. The staff and Dr. Moon have been amazing! I’ve been able to do a swelling reducing laser treatment and hyperbaric chamber in the office to speed up my healing and today I’m starting to really see my results. I look 15 years younger at least.
