My first surgery here gave me an unnecessary permanent scar from poor binding of the blood bag (not related to the surgery itself). The results were not satisfactory, so I got a discount for a follow up surgery. I got complications from this follow up surgery that I had to get resolved at another clinic. I also have permanent nerve damage from both surgeries. Anesthesia staff is not particularly friendly which can cause anxiety and a panicked state during the sleep anesthesia.

Appreciate Dr. Choi Min for putting the time and effort into my care. I asked tons of questions during the consultation to make sure I was comfortable enough before progressing to surgery based on what I wanted. He answered most of my questions and made the process as smooth as possible. The surgery itself was surprisingly quick. I didn’t expect all to be done within a couple of hours. Do admit the post op process recovery was rougher than I thought, thought its expected, especially with the bruising. The red light therapy and IV antibiotics helped with the recovery process at each follow up. I also appreciate how attentive the front staff were in welcoming me to the clinic. I am still awaiting my final results, but am overall satisfied with the current outcomes.

I do not recommend this clinic. There are many clinics in Seoul that are much better. Their aftercare is appalling, don’t expect them to respond to any of your messages post surgery as they stop caring as soon as they get their payment and you’re out of the clinic. If you want a clinic that doesn’t care about its patients post surgery and is unresponsive then this is the place for you.

So happy I came to this clinic. I traveled from the US here on a strong recommendation and they really put my mind at ease here. The doctor was very knowledgeable and friendly (he speaks English), beautiful boutique style clinical setting, and also had a translator provided with Seoul Medical Guide. I’m very happy with all of their services, attention to detail, and the final results. Everyone was very thorough and made me comfortable, something I had a bit of anxiety about initially. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to come here for medical/esthetic procedures.

I had been searching for many clinics in Seoul but Answer Plastic Surgery stood out right away. They responded quickly (through WhatsApp) and always provided helpful and concrete information each response, which other clinics lacked. The clinic is located right outside Gangnam station exit 12 and is foreigner friendly with translators who are with you throughout the whole process. Even the staff who weren't fluent in English were still welcoming and kind. I got rhinoplasty done, specifically hump removal and small corrections of my crooked nose. The whole process was efficient but did not feel rushed at all as I read previous reviews had pointed out. During the consultation Dr. Choi listened to my wishes, took photos of my nose and in Photoshop, showed me what he was able to do and what I could expect to see after the procedure. I got the surgery done the same day. The check-ups post surgery consisted of de-swelling laser treatments (etc.) and the Doctor was always there to make sure that everything was okay along the way. Dr. Choi is not very talkative in general but attentive and provided all the answers to my questions and the attention needed. The healing process is different for everyone but for me personally it only took a week before my face was almost back to "normal" with only slight bruising. I couldn't be more happy with the result and Dr. Choi Min does a wonderful job at refining your nose while still keeping it safe and natural to suit the rest of your features.
