The interpreter was very kind and helpful. However, they applied anesthetic cream without any explanation and left it for two hours. When I asked, they said it wasn't possible now because I had come at lunchtime. When I told them I had a flight to catch, they quickly finished the procedure. It was so awful that I started to cry, and they just gave me a sample of regenerative cream. They said they would share my experience to prevent this from happening again, and they even messaged me on LINE, but they didn't share anything and the treatment was the same again. Everything was excused because they were Korean. They also offered a guarantee if it wasn't effective, but when they found out the doctor who performed the procedure was the head director, they insisted that it was fine because he was the head director. This is the worst clinic I've ever been to.

I underwent a manual injection of Re2O+ hyaluronic acid. The pre-treatment information stated that it included "anesthetic cream and local anesthesia," but because I have a low pain tolerance, I added nitrous oxide anesthesia. On the day of the procedure, I was told that the anesthetic cream was "ineffective" and it was omitted. However, I felt that the local anesthesia wasn't working in some areas (the nitrous oxide was quite effective), and personally, I would have felt more at ease with topical anesthesia as well. Also, I had informed the counselor through an interpreter beforehand that I wanted treatment on my nose, and they seemed to understand, but this was not done on the day of the procedure. The embossing was beautiful. While I received the treatment itself, I think it would have been more reassuring if there had been more thorough communication and explanation regarding pre-treatment requests and anesthesia arrangements.

There was an interpreter from Japan, so it was okay even though I couldn't speak Korean! The consultation was also very thorough, and they explained which treatments were best and which ones didn't, so I felt at ease. There was also an interpreter there during the treatment, and they asked me every time if it hurt. The doctor was also very thorough in his treatment, so I'm very satisfied.

This was my first visit. Everyone at the clinic was so kind, and they explained the procedure and what they would use. It was more helpful than any other clinic I've been to. ☺️✨ The interpreter was with me during the treatment and explained the waiting time, so I felt at ease and not nervous! 🙏🏻✨ They also clearly explained things I should be careful of when it comes to cosmetic treatments, and I'd definitely like to visit Tune Clinic again next time. 🙌🏻 Even though I was rushed because of my schedule, everyone was so kind and accommodating. 🙇🏻‍♀️ I've been to several clinics, but this is one I can trust and recommend!

I visited once in September and everyone, including the Japanese interpreter, was very kind. The same doctor performed the Jubeluk Volume treatment on both my first and second visits, and I was so happy that he remembered me! I also tried Tune Lifting for the first time and am excited to see the results☆ He always advises me on what I don't need, so I feel I can trust him.
