The experience I had at this clinic was very good. The wait time was not long and there was an English translator since I don't understand Korean. The consultation was very detailed, the injectors listened to what I wanted, and overall did a great job. I received lip and chin filler which made a very big difference on my face immediately.

This clinic is very lovely! The staff were very helpful and even though I cannot speak Korean, they had someone who spoke English and she translated everything for me. It made me feel so comfortable. They offered a number of different treatments and I got lip injection. I would come back here during my next trip.

I had a great experience here. The staff were very friendly and professional, and everything was clearly explained before the procedure. The clinic was clean and comfortable, and I’m very happy with my results. I would definitely recommend this place. Consultant Kyungmin Lee was amazing—so kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Dr. Heejin Park was also very professional and skilled, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my care.

This was my first time getting lip filler in South Korea, and let me tell you—don’t get filler in the U.S. The quality here in S.Korea is unmatched. They were incredibly kind and patient while explaining everything, even though I had a million questions. She made sure I understood everything clearly. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back for more cosmetic treatments. I absolutely love it here.

Very nice staff and pretty facility ☺️ They have an English translator which I was worried they might not have but luckily they did and she was so so nice. If I remember correctly her name was gaeun, and she helped me through the whole process❤️ I got lip filler, lip Botox and shurink. The process was efficient and they listened to all my worries. Even got a free little gift. I’m exited to see my results over the following days!

I got revision double eyelid revision surgery with eye correction, upper inner corner incision and lateral incision towards the back. I chose the deputy Dr. Hong of this hospital because I like her eye designs. I came back for lip and chin fillers. Eye surgery day this was rough for me because I’m super sensitive to pain and you have to open your eyes for the doctor to draw the lines on the eyelids. (I was told this is the technique in Korea now) I couldn’t open them in surgery because they were swollen and I was in so much pain. It has only been 2 weeks and I am concerned that I will have uneven lateral eye shape, sausage eyes, and uneven eyelid shape. When I expressed my concerns with the doctor and consultation lady, they said it’ll take at least 6 months for the eyes to truly settle so I will be taking pictures every two weeks and coming back after 6 months to a year just in case I need a touch up. Their after service has a time duration of 1 year. Thread removal day the nurse who removed my threads was the nicest at the clinic. I was disappointed in Dr. Hong cause she barely looked at my eyes when the threads were being removed. I understand she’s busy but my family and I felt quickly brushed aside. The clinic is smaller and always so full. Even if you make an appointment, you’ll end up waiting at a minimum an hour. It’s not a factory clinic but kind of feels like a slower because I’m waiting for so long for my appointment. The only negative things I have about this clinic is that they were a bit rude to me and my family. They didn’t allow my aunt and mom to follow me for follow up appointments after our surgery day. I don’t speak 100% Korean so they were there to help. I understand the situation could be overwhelming for the clinic but the other clinics we went to had no problem with both guardians accompanying me. I also had to reschedule my lip filler appointment multiple times and was going back and forth between getting ultherapy here or someplace else. I eventually chose to do Ultherapy someplace else because of the service. I had to reschedule multiple times because of family scheduling, which I explained to them and apologized for the inconvenience. I think after the 4-5 reschedule they told me I couldn’t reschedule anymore and that if I missed my appointment then I wouldn’t be able to make any appointments with them. I’ve never heard of this from any of the clinics here and when I pressed them why they were discriminating me against their own scheduling policy, which I can reschedule within 24 hours. They didn’t apologize but only said they were using a translator then said I was correct. I will post my before and after lip fillers. I’m not sure if I would return here because of the service but if their work is amazing then that’ll be a different story. I will update this review after the conclusion of my procedures/when they settle. I’m hoping the results will outweigh the mediocre service!! Lip filler update: took 3 hours to get my lip filler but I love the way they designed my lips!! Very natural and I told them not too much because I don’t want them be overfilled. Will update soon!

I visited DRESS Plastic Surgery in June 2025 for Xeomin Botox and Restylane Kysse lip filler. While the KakaoTalk chat support was polite and responsive during booking, the overall experience was disappointing — especially for a clinic that markets to international patients. After waiting a long time in a busy waiting room, there was no consultation with a doctor before treatment. A translator and another woman (who appeared to be from reception, not medical staff) gave very minimal explanation of the procedures before rushing us to confirm which services we wanted. The translator seemed rushed and visibly irritated, and no one in the treatment room spoke English. I was shown the Restylane filler box, but not the Botox, and I was never told how many Botox units were used. Since I wasn’t shown the packaging, I have no way to confirm if I actually received the Xeomin (German brand) I paid for, or the Korean brand, which was listed at exactly half the price — a serious issue with transparency. Despite a 10:30 a.m. appointment, I wasn’t finished until after 1 p.m. My friend, who received lip filler, botox, and under-eye filler, didn’t finish until nearly 2 p.m. She experienced significant bruising from the lip filler, though her under-eye filler went smoothly. After the treatment, we were given a list of medications to buy at the pharmacy downstairs, which was never mentioned at the time of booking and should have been. Shortly after the lip filler, a visible line appeared above my upper lip — something that was never discussed as a possible side effect. Three weeks later, the line is still there. I contacted the clinic via KakaoTalk and sent clear photos, asking if a doctor could assess the issue and advise me remotely. They told me this was not possible — that the doctor would only assess it if I returned to the clinic in person, which is not realistic for international patients. Now I’m left needing to see another doctor at home and pay again to address both the persistent lip line and the ineffective Botox on my forehead and crow’s feet — likely underdosed. They did offer an in-person molding session for the lips, which I appreciated in theory, but again, not helpful unless you live in Seoul. Unless you speak Korean and already know exactly what you want, I would not recommend this clinic for international clients. The lack of doctor consultation, ineffective Botox, poor communication, no product or dosage transparency, and limited aftercare made this a frustrating and costly experience.

I got nasal Botox and square chin Botox here!! I waited only 10 minutes before I went in for consultation. The consultation was so detailed and helpful! I didn’t know that nasal Botox would also help for nose tip reduction before the consultation. Everyone I talked to a the clinic were very friendly. The counselor, coordinators at the counter, the doctor especially was very friendly. I got my procedure done by doctor Cheon. He was very careful and caring during the procedure. It was not a hurried procedure, everything was done with detailed explanation. The clinic it self has a very warm and calming atmosphere. I am so happy I got my very first Botox done at dress plastic surgery clinic. If I get any other procedures done in the future I think dress plastic surgery clinic will be the only option for me.

Omg. I am so so happy with my lips! I got 2 syringes of filler and I was lowkey panicking thinking it would look unnatural on my tiny thin lips. They made the right decision and I feel like it really helped balance my face while looking completely natural. I’m so glad I went here, honestly a lot of things I’ve been buying here have been kind of a hit or miss. But this one was definitely a hit. Also they have the kindest staff of all women! And an amazingly kind English translator too. I’d give this place 6 stars if I could seriously. And I swear they didn’t make me write this review, I’m just THAT happy with my lips (and it’s only been a few hours since I got them done!)
