We had a consultation appointment for 2pm, we waited over an hour and was told that it would be 10-15 more minutes. After 15 minutes, still nothing 🫠 we told reception to cancel and that we were leaving and disappointed with the service they just shrugged it off and said they were busy. I am 59 years old from Canada arrived to Korea to do some cosmetic procedures on my face to have a fresher natural and younger look. After research on various clinics and on recommendation of my friend's friend, I decided to go with Dream. Another factor was that was very important to me that this clinic has English speaking personnel. I booked initial consultation on WhatsApp with Dr. Bae for removing sagging skin from my upper eye lids, they call it "sub-brow-lift", insert mint threads on my cheeks (mint thread lift) and reducing sagging skin under my chin. Dr. Bae was very friendly, he answered all questions I had, and explained all the procedures that would be most beneficial for my age. At the end, I decided to go ahead with sub-brow-lift, thread lift (10 threads on each cheek and laser treatment for my chin). Today, 13 December 2023 is one month after my procedures. The face is mostly settled and the scars under my brows are almost invisible. Overall, I am happy with the result and I had a very positive experience. It was the first time I made such major procedures on my face and the result met my expectations taking into account my age. After all these procedures, I rested for an hour in the clinic and then a receptionist called a taxi for me. She even accomponied me to meet a taxi driver. That was very nice and helpful! If you wish to stay in nearby hotel on a surgery day, the clinic staff can also help you with this as well. Dream has a beautiful office next to metro station and it's extremely clean. The clinic also provides an excellent post surgery care and the nurses and supporting staff there are wonderful. I saw patients there from all over the world (USA, Japan, East Asia, Russia, etc).

Got fillers on my forehead and they completely botched it. They first said it would take about a month for it to settle in, but even after a couple months, it still looks terrible. When I tried to inquire them, they kept telling me to massage the filler, before ghosting me. So unprofessional. The picture speaks for themselves.. It looks like they punched a banana on my forehead Update to your reply: I received the treatment on March 25, 2023 and the last message I sent was on April 13, 2023 via kakao where you guys left me on read when I asked if thing would get better, bc it was looking really bad even after 3 weeks. And no, things did not get better. If fact my filler started even moving towards the temple of my head, making my face more botched. I updated more photos to prove it, which I also sent to you guys but I guess you guys didn’t care enough until now
