The service here is excellent and extremely attentive. There’s no hard selling at all, the recommendations are very appropriate, and the package prices are reasonable. The nurse held my hand the entire time during the beauty treatment, and the doctor also promptly gave me an extra anesthesia shot when needed according to the situation. Although the process was tough, I felt very well taken care of.

I recently had my eye surgery done at Wonderful Plastic Surgery and overall had a really positive experience. I did a partial incision double eyelid procedure with upper canthoplasty, middle canthoplasty, as well as under eye fat repositioning and grafting. From the start, the process was smooth and well organised. Appointment booking through WhatsApp was convenient, and I had Zoom consultations with both Head Doctor Koo and interpreter Eva before flying over, which made me feel more reassured and prepared. When I arrived in Korea, day 1 was for consultation and blood tests, while surgery was done on day 2. Even though the clinic was quite busy and the doctor had back-to-back surgeries, the waiting time was minimal and everything felt efficiently planned. A special mention to Eva as she accompanied me throughout the entire process, from reception and consultation to payment, surgery preparation, and even the recovery room. Having someone guide me through every step made the experience much less stressful, especially as an overseas patient. I’m currently 7 days post-op, so there is still some swelling and bruising which is expected, but recovery has been manageable so far and I’m excited to see the final results over the next few months. I've had eye surgery before but they were getting asymmetrical and wanted to make improvements. I came across Wonderful Clinic on Instagram. From the account, I thought the staff was nice, the doctors were funny and the results by Dr. Koo were what I wanted so I came in for consultation. As I expected, everyone is very nice, they are foreigner friendly and the clinic is pretty clean. Even though there were a lot of people at the clinic, I didn't feel like they were rushing me to see their next patient. I'm now waiting for the surgery, wish me luck!

Sent photos and did a Zoom consultation prior to my trip to Korea where they asked what I had hoped to achieve and what they recommended to do as well as other options/variations. The clinic was busy, mix of both foreign and local clients. My translator, Amy, was professional and super sweet. My surgeon was Dr. Han - I felt like he did a great job, very efficient and took the time to ensure you were satisfied before proceeding with the actual surgery. I still have some bruising and swelling, but overall healing has been going well. I'm excited to see the final results 😊

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Wonderful Plastic Surgery really impressed me! From the moment I walked in, the staff were so friendly, professional and created a welcoming environment. They also spoke English, so language barriers were no problem! The consultation was very thorough, taking the time to explain the surgical procedure in detail so I felt fully informed and confident about my decision. The doctor was very friendly and quickly understood exactly what I wanted, which really showed his level of expertise. During the surgery, I was really nervous, but the staff and doctor were so lovely and took care of me very well! Afterward, they continued to check up on me and were always happy to answer any questions I had! Overall, the doctor delivered perfectly and it was such an amazing experience.
