I had a skin treatment today, and I feel completely healed! Before the treatment, my skin was a bit dull and oily, but afterward, my complexion was noticeably brighter, and my skin condition was much more stable. The esthetician was very professional, explaining everything during the procedure and helping me understand my current skin concerns. I plan to have regular treatments from now on, and I expect to see even greater improvement if I stick with it.

The director is kind and helpful, but when it came to Botox, he didn't explain whether it was domestic or imported, and just proceeded with the procedure. I couldn't be sure if I had chosen the right product, which made me skeptical afterward. I wish they would have shown me which product it was and opened it beforehand. Other hospitals provide thorough pre-procedure explanations, but this is disappointing.

The service was quick and fair prices, great promotions. Friendly staff, one worker spoke English and was able to accommodate me. The clinic needs improvement with hygiene. No one wears gloves. Brushes used for applying serum are left out and reused on everyone. It could be cleaner.
