I was seriously considering getting LASIK surgery, so I had a consultation this time. They explained it to me in a very kind and detailed way, so I'm planning to get it done this time.

I saw the head director on TV a while ago, so I got a LASIK exam. The staff were all kind, so I had a great experience. It's great that they offer evening appointments on Fridays. I was worried about LASIK, but the results were much better than I expected, so I'm really happy.

I went there because they said there was a cataract center for the elderly, and it was nice because it didn't seem like there was any overtreatment.

My son's eyesight was poor, so I visited JW Eye Clinic. He was young, but he had both hyperopia and astigmatism. The clinic kindly checked his eyes and advised him to take good care of them during his growing years. They even provided a thorough eyeglass prescription. The staff was friendly, and the clinic director was very attentive during the examination and consultation. I highly recommend them.

I had LASIK surgery a year ago. For reference, I'm in my early 50s. I have many friends who play golf, and they've all said the surgery was good. I was also curious about not having to wear glasses, so I went to a nearby ophthalmologist. I didn't know anything about LASIK, so I just went for a consultation. The director promised to help me eliminate presbyopia, so I trusted him and went ahead and had the procedure done. After the surgery, my presbyopia suddenly became severe, so I inquired again. They told me to just inject saline solution every day. I tried that for several months, but it didn't improve at all. My presbyopia got worse, and it actually became more uncomfortable. After some research, I learned that LASIK is absolutely not recommended for people in their 50s, and that contact lens implants are the way to go. Furthermore, the director said a month later, "If you gain one thing, you lose another." I was dumbfounded. So I just gave up and just lived with the discomfort, wearing reading glasses and using my smartphone and laptop. But today, out of the blue, I got a KakaoTalk message telling me to come in for a regular checkup since it's been a year. I told them that my presbyopia has gotten worse and it was uncomfortable, and they said that it was all listed as a side effect on the consent form for the surgery... I'm really speechless... It feels like they're just looking at patients as money, and I feel really bad...
