2回目の訪問で、今回は新しい施術を体験しました。診察の際、医師はまず肌の状態をチェックし、その結果に基づいて私の問題点を分析してくれました。私が特定の施術を希望すると、医師はその施術では私の根本的な問題は解決できないと言い、別のアプローチを提案してくれました。とても信頼できる印象でした。施術中は少し緊張しましたが、医師はずっと自然体で、とてもプロフェッショナルに話しかけて私の注意をそらしてくれました。手つきもとても優しく、徐々に不安もなくなりました。施術後は確かに痛みはほとんどなく、以前国内で受けた施術よりも良かったです。施術後、院長が氷パックを当ててくれて、とても気遣いが感じられました。一連の流れを体験してみて、こちらのクリニックは細部にまで気を配っていることがわかります。受付から治療、そして終了後の説明まで、すべての段階がとても信頼できます。

He is a 69-year-old first-generation Korean American living in Maryland, next to Washington D.C. As the double eyelids he had in his youth have disappeared and his eyelids have drooped severely, he has developed wrinkles on his forehead due to a habit of raising his forehead to look at objects. His children suggested eye surgery as a gift to celebrate his 70th birthday in 2026. Starting in early 2026, he conducted a five-month market research study on famous plastic surgery clinics near Gangnam, Seoul (such as A Plastic, M Plastic, and S Plastic) that offer easy post-operative outpatient access. The research was based on factors such as experience with eye surgery for middle-aged patients, patient reviews, and the directors' medical backgrounds. After deciding on Director Hong Jin-ju of JJ Plastic Surgery, a graduate of Seoul National University College of Medicine—Korea's top prestigious university—he decided to undergo a virtual meeting consultation in May 2026. He decided to proceed with upper and lower blepharoplasty, eyebrow lift, and fat grafting to the anterior cheek area. He arrived in Korea on July 12th and underwent surgery the following day, July 13th. Afterwards, considering my departure to the U.S. at the end of August, the Director meticulously re-examined the condition of my eye surgery and the naturalness of the lines as part of an extra schedule. At the same time, she listened attentively to and considered my personal opinions and satisfaction, and did not hesitate to perform corrective surgery if necessary. Just like in my case, because she took care of me with responsibility and dedication until the very end within the limited timeframe of middle-aged eyelid sagging surgery and my departure, I feel I can now leave with peace of mind. I would like to express my sincere gratitude once again to Director Hong Jin-ju.

I went to get a consultation with Director Hong Jin-ju after watching her on YouTube. The hospital is large and spacious, which is nice, and the consultation was friendly, which made it even better.

I was ripped off and paid three times the price quoted over the phone for the surgery. Since I was traveling from the provinces, I couldn't afford to consult elsewhere, so I just went ahead with the surgery. However, the building looked different from the photos, so I had to search for it for quite a while. The consultation manager kept pressuring me to get a different procedure, and after the surgery, knowing my departure date, they refused to provide any after-care. Overall, this is a fraudulent plastic surgery clinic commonly known in Gangnam. I hope everyone undergoing surgery for the first time, like me, will be careful.

Then a friend recommended a procedure called Atecoll, so I came here. It was only a one or two-minute walk from Apgujeong Station, so it was super convenient. During my consultation, the nurses and the director were so kind. I trusted them and had the surgery. Two months later, I'm so happy!!! I should've done it sooner!! Haha
