I’ve had a wonderful experience both times I have visited Benjamin Clinic. All the staff were very kind, patient and efficient. On both occasions the doctor consultation was thorough, both doctors listened to my concerns and suggested treatment plans. They listened to and answered my questions in detail. Throughout all my treatments all the staff checked I was ok and happy with what was happening. The translator service was very good and stayed with me throughout all consultations and treatments. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Seoul for skin care and treatments.

I highly recommend. I came to Korea specifically for skincare and cosmetic procedures and while you can get lost finding the right place, i’m so happy that we went with Eclat De. The consultation process is so thorough, and they really listen to your concerns and what you’d like to achieve. Only the Dr performs procedures which was a top priority for me given it’s my face, and she is so good at what she does!!! After the initial consultation with the nurse, the Dr then walks you through the procedures to be undertaken in detail so that you’re aware of what to expect and what the procedure will do. We also got a facial and cleansing before the procedures, and LED light therapy and more masks after the procedure. The whole team is so friendly and professional. Laya was our translator and she made our experience extra amazing. The clinic is considered on the pricier side compared to others, but it is worth every cent - professional service, top quality results, and friendly staff. The clinic is known to be used by top Korean celebrities as well so you can only expect the best service 🥰 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

From the moment I walked in the service was amazing! They have English translator and my translator Jaehee was amazing! There is a very relaxing environment and personalized so I felt comfortable getting my treatments here. This is the first time I’ve done cosmetic procedures and I feel this clinic was a good choice for that. The doctor Soyoon Park really made me feel at ease during our consultation as well. I didn’t feel like I was being sold unnecessary treatments and they worked with my budget and did not push anything I didn’t need. They examined my skin with care. I would recommend this clinic!

After going on a trip to the Gobi without wearing sunscreen, I developed dark pigmentation spots and spent a long time searching for a good clinic to treat them. Finally, I found a really decent clinic and started my laser treatment here. I had heard that laser treatment for freckles and pigmentation can be painful, but surprisingly, it was barely painful at all. The staff are very attentive and provide excellent service throughout the entire process. I’m very satisfied so far. I’ll upload before-and-after photos once I complete a few more sessions and the pigmentation is completely gone!

The procedure went as following: - 40 min Consultation to determine the treatment plan and recommended options and prices - consultation with the clinic director dermagologist - Treatments in private rooms The conversations happened in English through a designated translator that accompanied me from beginning to end, there were several spaces to not only ask questions but also to consider the recommended treatments. The consultation and treatments happened all at once so I recommend to go with plenty of time at your disposal. The staff was overall polite, kind and attentive, truly a 1:1 treatment catered to my specific needs.

初めて清潭エクラデに行ったのは、基本的なトーンアップをしたかったから。院内は清潔でミニマルな印象で、ゴージャスすぎない雰囲気だった。施術はクラシック保湿＋軽めの光治療のコンビで、出力も控えめに調整されて痛みはほとんどなかった。術後の冷やしケアも丁寧で、看護師の対応も良かった。帰宅後2〜3日で肌が明るくなり、写真でも暗くなりにくくなった。また通いたいクリニックだと思う。

友達の紹介で清潭エクラデ病院に行きました。清潭区の病院は商業的かと思っていましたが、実際は想像以上に静かで専門的でした。受付は簡単な英語で対応でき、手順も明確でした。医師は顔の状態を詳しくチェックし、無理に治療を勧めることなく、肌質に応じていくつかの選択肢を提示してくれました。スキンケア直後の効果はそれほど劇的ではありませんでしたが、翌日のメイクノリが良く、毛穴も以前より少し目立たなくなりました。全体として、無理な勧誘がなく、心地よい体験ができる真面目な病院です。

The consultants （chief and translator) and the doctor are very nice and welcoming. They provided very thorough consultations and didn’t force selling. We did Oligio X and the experience overall was fantastic. Highly recommended!!

Came to this clinic through a recommendation and was amazed at the quality of service. Out of all the clinics I’ve consulted with, this was the only one that actually asked for my budget and didn’t try to push treatments I wasn’t comfortable with. They really listened to what I wanted, matched the treatments to my needs, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. They also checked on me multiple times during the procedure, which made me feel cared for and safe. Also love the results! Would definitely come back for another treatment when I visit Korea again.

リジュラン＋修復ケアを受けました。医師は本当に丁寧で、施術前に肌状態を確認してから用量を決めてくれました。想像していたよりも刺激は少なく、わずかなチクッと感だけでした。当日の夜は顔が少し赤くなりましたが、翌日には引きました。効果は即効性ではありませんが、2週間後には肌質が確かに細かくなりました。

初めて韓国でプロジェクトを行ったのはEclatdeで、環境が本当に清潔で、全行程を通じて中国語の通訳が付き添ってくれました。リジュラン黒箱を施術しましたが、院長の手技がとても丁寧で、ほとんど痛みを感じませんでした。術後の肌質の改善が著しく、翌日のメイクノリも抜群でした。

I had very bad acne around my jawline area and had serious scarring and outbreaks. I visited Cheongdam Eclat de and consulted with Dr So Yoon Park and she recommended that I go with Acutoning laser and solarPDT. It was my first time and I trusted her advice and went along for the treatment. The care that she put in to explain the procedures and answer my questions was very assuring. I was very pleased with the procedure I took with this clinic. The place, ambiance, staff and Dr. Park So Yoon is the best! This was my very first procedure done on my face ( laser and Thermage) and I had and I felt that I have a cheering squad on my back making sure that I am ok every step of the way. My first time doing an aesthetic treatment and i discovered this place via instagram! Was nervous coming in but felt very reassured during the consultation. During the consultation, staffs were not pushy with treatments/did not upsell and made sure they clarified all my queries. The translator did a very good job to reassure me and also converse to the best of his ability. I came from singapore so he spoke English very well! Thank you! The onda treatment was quick and painless & i could see the immediate effect, 100% recommend. I did rejuran for the first time and they made sure the numbing cream was well applied and all staffs were extremely nice and patient! Would visit here again. Great experience
