The facilities were clean and hygiene was generally well-maintained, which put my mind at ease. It is a great place for women to receive care comfortably, so I want to confidently recommend it, and I plan to visit regularly myself.

Due to that misdiagnosis, I've been left with a permanent facial scar. Sebaceous cysts can only be completely removed surgically, but the director proceeded with laser treatment, as if it were a cure. I think a sane doctor would recommend a surgeon if it wasn't their specialty. Regardless of whether you choose laser treatment or surgery, scarring is a natural consequence for the patient, and I fully understand that. But am I being treated this way because of the scar? The director made a flawed medical judgment, suggesting that laser treatment was the only solution, as if complete removal of the cyst was possible. Today, I went to a surgical hospital to have the cyst completely removed because my cheek was so itchy. However, the surgeon told me that the cyst was already beyond my control and that removal was impossible. He said I would have to live with the cyst on my cheek forever. As time passes and you age, these spots gradually bloom, like dark spots, even in areas where sebum has spread. Because of your uncertain judgment, I have permanent scars. Therefore, I plan to file a complaint with the Consumer Agency and the Korea Medical Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Agency. Please contact me or take action, whether you agree to a settlement. That hospital refuses any treatment.
