I recently had surgery at DA Plastic Surgery in Korea and overall I had a really positive experience. From the consultation to the post-surgery care, the process felt organized and professional, which helped ease a lot of my nerves about having surgery overseas. My surgery went well and the medical team made me feel safe and well looked after. The clinic itself is very modern and the staff were attentive throughout my stay. I especially want to highlight Dominic and Blair, the concierge who helped coordinate everything for me. Blair and Dominic was absolutely amazing, always responsive, kind, and incredibly helpful with translations, scheduling, and making sure I understood each step of the process. Having someone like that made the whole experience much less stressful. Recovering away from home can be challenging, but thanks to the team and Dominic and Blair’s support, I felt really taken care of. I’m grateful for the care I received and would recommend DA Plastic Surgery to anyone considering procedures in Korea.

I had such a great experience at DA. Ellen was my personal assistant--everything from the initial inquiry and to the very end. She took such great care of me, satisfying my every need. She was like a great friend that I needed while I was in Korea alone. She made sure my wishes are communicated to the surgeons. I love you, Ellen! I also want to thank Renata. Ellen had unexpected family matter one night, and Renata stepped in to take care of me. She was also wonderful. She kept me in good company while I was waiting for the surgeon.
