プサンのグレース皮膚科で彼らの施術を体験してきたので、その経過を共有したいと思います。院長は診察の際に鏡を使って私の顔を見せてくれ、指で私の顔の特徴を指摘しながら、なぜある施術が人によって適しているのか、そうでないのかを説明してくれました。売り込むために何でも承諾するのではなく、私の顔のニーズに基づいて真剣に施術計画を立ててくれました。コミュニケーションの過程全体を通して、まるで問題を解決してもらっているような感じでした。施術を行う際にも、院長の技術は非常に安定しており、初心者ではないことが伝わってきました。各ステップの前には十分なコミュニケーションがあり、私が不快に感じていないかを確認してくれました。治療中も私の耐性に応じて随時調整を行ってくれ、とても責任感がありました。入口のすぐそばにバス停があるので、交通の便も良いです。全体的な体験はとても良かったので、また来たいと思っています。

I visited Grace Dermatology Clinic (Busan Haeundae branch) during my trip to Busan, and it was such a great experience. The clinic is very clean, modern, and conveniently located near Haeundae. The staff were incredibly kind and professional, and even though I don’t speak Korean fluently, they made sure I felt comfortable and understood every step of the treatment. The doctor carefully analyzed my skin condition and recommended a personalized treatment plan, which I really appreciated. The procedure itself was gentle and well-explained, and I could already see my skin looking brighter and smoother afterward. What stood out the most was how attentive everyone was — no rushing, just genuine care. A great experience to have treatment in Busan. They have the latest Ultherapy Prime. Staff and Dr. Kim Jeong Hwan are so polite and professional, they would consult throughly before treatment.

This is my go to dermatologist in all of Korea. I speak Korean so I can't really speak to the staff's English ability but the doctor and I were able to communicate just fine since if I didn't understand a word he said in Korean he would just say the English word. It was mostly medical terms I struggled with. Anyway I love this clinic because you actually do the consultation with the doctor and he does a thorough skin analysis based on the results of the machine and from inspecting your skin in person. My main concern was freckles, age spots, pores, redness and discoloration. I mentioned to him previously that when I went to another dermatologist they told me not to get pico toning since I would need many sessions so I wouldn't see a difference. He totally debunked that and told me I would see results after just one session and he was completely right. I couldn't believe it. I went again recently to get another session and he showed me the before and after of my previous session and the results were significant. I did another procedure called red touch pro which is supposed to help with redness and collagen stimulation and freckles. He also did a little pico toning for the more stubborn freckles and age spots. To me the red touch pro results weren't so obvious so I don't know if I'll get it again. I guess we'll see the next time I visit since he takes update photos after every visit. Anyway I recommend this doctor a lot. One of the few where the place isn't run like a factory.

Very nice experience. Doctor has been so informative and supportive. Very smooth treatment. There is even a Chinese translator.
