ソンスのロウ・ヘアで彼らの施術を体験してきたので、その経過を共有したいと思います。院長は診察の際にとても忍耐強く、私がたくさん質問しても決してイライラすることはありませんでした。いくつかの施術について試してみたいと伝えると、院長はその施術の実際の体験や期待される効果について正直に教えてくれました。私に施術を受けさせるためだけに効果を誇張するようなことはありませんでした。手術の仕組みについて説明する際には例えを使ってくれたので、とても分かりやすかったです。施術中、医師は常に集中しており、私の反応をリアルタイムで観察しながら手技を調整してくれました。各ステップの前には、次にどのような感じになるかを事前に教えてくれたので、心の準備ができていました。全体的な進行のタイミングも非常に良く、急かされるような感じは全くありませんでした。施術後は室長がアイスパックを当ててくれて、とても気遣いが細かかったです。施術後の感じは予想以上に良く、満足しています。

It was my first visit, and I felt comfortable right from the consultation 😊 I got a 그레이스펌 (Grace perm) with 수정디자이너 (Designer Sujeong), and she really took the time to understand my hair condition and the style I wanted. The curls turned out soft and natural—not too much, but enough to elevate the overall look ✨ What I appreciated most was how easy it is to style at home, even on busy mornings 👍 Overall, it was a relaxing and satisfying experience, and I’d definitely consider visiting again 😊

I was worried because my hair length was a bit awkward, and I had cut my bangs by myself, so I thought the curls wouldn’t turn out well. However, I was very satisfied with the result. It was great because 수정 Designer consulted with me in detail and explained what kind of hairstyle suited my face and how to style my hair. I usually don’t like talking much when I go to a hair salon, but 수정 Designer talked to me in a fun and comfortable way, so I didn’t get bored during the appointment. Even though the salon is far from my home, I think I’ll definitely come back next time. It was my first time getting a Grace perm, and it turned out so pretty. Thank you!

I had hair cut, perm and clinic (treatment) at Seongsu branch. The entire process took about 2-3 hours and it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The salon has a really premium look and feel, and my stylist (IG: lowe_uumin) made me feel comfortable in every way. My curl turned out really beautiful, and I hope it can last a long time. I really like their hair products from Ayunche, smells really good and made my hair extremely soft and healthy! I’ve tried multiple salons in Korea, including Juno, and Lowe is one of the best in terms of quality and price! They have multiple branches around Seoul, and also an Instagram page for both Koreans and foreign customers. Also, big thanks to 오영찬 for your attentiveness to all the customers here, including myself! I hope to be back.

I had haircut and coloring for 180000won. The haircut is okay, average I would say. But the coloring didn’t worth what it cost. First, it wasn’t the color I asked for, lighter than the photo 1 I showed to the hair stylist. Then after a week of washing, my hair just gone back as if I haven’t gone to the salon yet. The dye is uneven and the color didn’t last at all. The top part of my hair returned to black. Can you believe photo 3 is my hair just after a week of full hair dye? Also, don’t be scammed! pls translate the price list yourself. He pointed at a price on the menu(Korean) and asked me to pay an extra cost for long hair length but later I realised the price he charged me is for waist length whereas my hair is just chest length, a cheap price. Overall very disappointed. If I was still in Korea, I would definitely go back and ask for a re-do. But as a tourist, I can only leave a review here to warn you not to visit this salon.
