Rooms were nice, location close to two subway lines and walking distance to Myeongdong. We stayed for a week, enough time to do all the tourist locations. Also, the room we stayed in, had a washer which was nice. The hotel was all self service which was a bonus, reception area was available if needed. Update: only complaint I would have is the elevator access in the mornings were bad. We were on the 14th floor, had to wait 5-10min for an elevator sometimes to get to the ground floor.

Had a great experience at Wecostay in Myeongdong. Clean and comfortable rooms, super responsive staff, and a great location for metroing and shopping around Seoul. The Lucky Seoul cafe downstairs was an added bonus.

These little studios have fridge/freezer, washer, makeup area, walk in closet, and double beds. The water runs hot, there is strong wifi and its steps away from the station. The views are not the best but there is a good restaurant attached.

Cons: 1. Flooding washroom - when closing the door during bath, the water rises till my ankles and when i open the bath door the water flows towards the sink area making the floor wet and uncomfortable to step in. 2. Lifts - building has around 1000 units but only has 2 elevators, we stayed at 12th floor, which makes us get the chance to take the elevator down, but otw down it stops at every level since theres only TWO elevators, which makes it annoying because the lift is ALWAYS PACKED with people and everyone is getting squeezed inside. 3. Rubbish sorting - since the airbnb wants us to sort out our own rubbish (required in korea) we have to sort everything out by ourselves. It would be nice if u gave us few rubbish cans with different labels on them to let us throw our rubbish instead of assuming we know how to do it ourselves. We had to buy our own general waste bag (they only give us one) for 500 won. 4. Price - we got fooled by the reviews abt how amazing this airbnb is and paid around rm 350 (130000 won) PER NIGHT. We don’t get any housekeeping any security service, none 5. ⁠No luggage area for us to open our luggage. 6. ⁠It’s on the quieter and darker area of the street, so if ur doing solo trips or girls trip be aware Pros 1. 7 min walk to chungmoro station. 5 min walk to limousine icn bus 6001 and 6015 bus stop. 2. Close to 7eleven, Cu around the corner, if u walk towards chungmoro station the opposite had pharmacy and olive young. 3. Has washing machines and stove, pans and pots allowing u to cook a late night meal. 4. Easy checkout

**Great location** near Chungmuro and Euljiro 4(sa)-ga subway stations, plus easy access to the Airport Limousine bus. We booked a larger 3‑pax room for a 9‑night stay and were generally satisfied. However, security measures could be improved. The building entrance and lifts are open to the public, and while the luggage storage room has a daily-reset passkey, guests often leave the door open while accessing the room. We also experienced two issues: 1. On the first night, someone repeatedly tried our door code at 3:40am, triggering our room entrance light. The office said it was a guest at the wrong room, but the explanation felt unconvincing. 2. From the third night onwards, we heard footsteps above our room after 2am, often triggering our room entrance light. Despite reporting this, the disturbance continued until checkout. Overall, the location and space were good, but the security and nighttime disturbances affected our comfort.

Lots of storage, easy check-in and accessible! If you’re ok with not having room service, but it being a well built space with lots of amenities, this place is it! One of the reasons we chose this place was because it had a washing machine and dryer. The place is very close to the subway and yes, please use Exit 1 if you’re carrying huge luggages to avoid the stairs. Did I mention ours had a walk-in cupboard? That was helpful. Only thing I wished they had was a shower curtain - that would have kept our bathroom dry. We also managed to ride the airport limousine bus (Bus 6015) to the airport - as the bus stop was near where we stayed - super comfortable and convenient and no need to pre-book. Overall, very happy we booked this place.

Great place to stay if you are looking for a central but less busy location! It had everything we need and we had a very clean and comfortable stay 👍🏼 Pros: - Walking distance to subway lines 2, 3, 4, and 5. Very easy to get to many tourist attractions and popular areas! - Room was very clean and staff were friendly. Self check-in process was very easy as well. - Room has a kitchenette, washer/dryer, TV, and tons of storage space - Free use of luggage storage room on check in and check out day! Cons: - Very slow and busy elevators, especially during peak times (ex. check out time) - Place is located in an alley and a quieter area with mostly warehouses. Less things to do and restaurants to eat at compared to other neighbourhoods. - Tub has no shower curtains!! I believe it is common in Korea to get the whole bathroom wet but still feels awkward as theres a tub so it’s somewhere in between a Korean style and normal bathroom??

The elevator situation at this property was extremely disappointing. On several occasions, we had to wait up to 20 minutes for it to reach our floor, and when it did, it was consistently full. Ultimately, we were forced to carry our luggage down eight flights of stairs, during which I injured my shoulder. This highlighted a serious lack of accessibility, which is concerning for any guest with mobility challenges. It even took us nearly an hour to dispose of our trash because of the elevator delays. We also observed many other guests struggling to carry their suitcases down the stairs. While we genuinely enjoyed our room and overall stay, the lack of reliable elevator access significantly impacted our experience and left us with a very negative final impression.
