I had such a great experience at this clinic! The space is beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. A big thank you to Dr. Rhoda Kim for her professionalism and kindness. Go Na Young was incredibly helpful and always quick to answer my questions, and Ari Kim made everything so easy by translating and making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Everyone was friendly, communication was fast, and I felt well taken care of from beginning to end.. highly recommend!

The consultant was amazing - she explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and helped me choose the best treatment option for my needs. Dr was very gentle, understanding, and professional during the procedure. She listened carefully to my concerns and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I went to PPEUM clinic for hydra facial and Potenza. The service is really great and the building is so so nice! You feel treated like a luxurious person ;) I reall recommend the potenta laser for acne scars - it helps so much! Als they gave some free studf at the end :) and the prices are totally fine!

The overall experience was seamless and comfortable. A good team of consultants, translators, nurses and doctors. The English interpreter was wonderful. A nurse herself, her explanation was clear. She checked in on me often. I chose one of the most pricey treatment - stemcell therapy which involved IV drip and micro-needling. I'm looking forward to the expected results. The VIP room and other spaces are clean, nicely played out and soothing lighting. Recommended by a friend to PPEUM, I highly recommend to those who want agood, affordable beauty treatments.

I visited PPEUM Clinic for cellredm treatment and had a really good experience. The clinic is clean, modern, and the staff were very friendly and patient in explaining everything to me. The doctor was gentle and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Results look natural and I’m very happy with them.

I was a bit skeptical at first because of some reviews I saw online, but my experience turned out to be really pleasant. The English translator, Miae, was friendly and did a great job helping with communication (I speak Korean as well, so I can confirm her translations were accurate). The therapist wasn’t pushy at all—once I mentioned my budget, she worked around it comfortably. They also applied plenty of numbing cream, which I appreciated. The doctors were warm, attentive, and kept checking to make sure I wasn’t in pain, which was very reassuring. I got the Ultline and Cellrderm treatments, and overall I’m really happy with the visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!
