The staff and service were patient and exceptional even if their understanding of English wasn't as high, but were able to communicate with us in Mandarin to help us understand. I had Dr. Jae Lee and his English was great so I knew exactly what procedure I was getting done and answered my questions. The instructions were thorough and the facilities were very clean and organized so I had an overall comfortable experience!

Had a really pleasant experience at this clinic. Special thanks to the translator, Xiao Xiao, who was incredibly genuine, attentive, and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. She really goes the extra mile to ensure everything is clearly understood. The aesthetic doctor was also very patient and thorough in explaining the treatment options, which helped me feel more confident and informed before making any decisions. A few tips for those considering a visit: -It’s best to make an appointment in advance. -Have a clear idea of your problem areas and the treatments you’re interested in. -Do note that consultation fees are chargeable if you decide not to proceed with any treatment. Overall, a professional and reassuring experience.

Very efficient and considerate service. Staff is friendly and very nice environment to do the treatment. Having language speaker aside during the treatment to ensure your concern deliver to the doctor.

Starting from the correspondence, replies for inquiries and appointment was very prompt, precise and polite. They were able to accommodate our request to change appointment time as well. Arriving at the clinic, although they were busy, staff and doctor are all very professional. Able to explain in detail both in Mandarin and English. The clinic is clean and very comfortable. First time visit to the clinic. The doctor took the time to listen about my skin concern and explained clearly the different treatment that would works best and even recommended which one would be better. There was no pressure on deciding which treatment to take and I even got discounts because I came with my 2 other friends. The staffs were amazing, explaining as I was going through the treatment and were very attentive throughout the procedure. I only understood basic Korean but I was able to speak in English and had no trouble communicating with the staff and the doctor.
