Came to get some beauty treatments done while visiting Seoul. I had an appointment at 1PM and was seen for a consult at 1:20PM, then I washed my face and was taken for “before” photos and waited almost 2.5 hours to be treated by the doctor. I was finished with my appointment around 4PM. I received Botox and Ellanse which I was happy with for the price I paid (3 Botox areas + 2 syringes for $1200 USD), however being there for 3 hours was just too long. The staff were all very friendly which I appreciated. Don’t think I would come back due to the wait time.

This place is top notch. Firstly, it's not super congested nor factory style. The consultation is very thorough; I appreciated the honesty. They provide honest and realistic recommendations for you to achieve the desired the results. This is important because there have been places I've been to and they give you the kitchen sink of options (it's overwhelming). They are not pushy about things, however, the doctors are motivated for the patient to achieve good results. Treatments are by doctors. I had Onda. The doctor was extremely attentive and service-oriented, and spoke really good English. Their bedside manner was excellent.

In this clinic I had a shot to remove fat on the chin, and even from one shot the effect was good and will definitely repeat this procedure I especially liked that, all the staff were very kind answered all my questions that I had when I was scared, next to me was always here. I recently visited this clinic for a Legato laser treatment to shrink my facial pores, and as always, the experience was exceptional. Having been here a few times before, I already knew the results of this laser were impressive, and this visit only reinforced my positive impression. Even though I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment, the doctor saw me immediately. She took the time to explain alternative treatments that could further benefit my skin, which I really appreciated. The process was seamless: I was first taken to a room to wash my face and remove my makeup, then directed to the procedure room where a kind staff member applied numbing cream. After 15 minutes, the laser treatment began. As expected, it stung slightly, but the procedure was quick and very manageable. I’m so excited to see the results in the coming weeks!

I had such a great experience with them! The staff was super nice, kind and helpful at all times. The procedure itself was a bit painful but the kindness of the doctor and the rest of the staff made it totally worth it! ☺️ also the results are amazing, I was explained very carefully about the treatment on my skin conditions and got many suggestions and advices 💖🫶🏻

I've been doing all my skin and procedures here for 3 years! You're so kind and nice. Especially when I get treated by the director, I'm really satisfied! There's no other machine, and I trust all the skin on my face. It's a place where you can feel reliable warmth. It's great. It's made me look so beautiful.
