My mom and I had an amazing experience at VIP Plastic Surgery. What really stood out was the quality of the work itself; my mom had a deep plane facelift and neck lift, and both healed beautifully. As a doctor herself, she was extremely pleased with the results and greatly appreciated the skill involved. Dr. Lee took the time to truly understand her facial anatomy, and the results look natural, not "overdone." She simply looks refreshed, not surgically altered. The aftercare was excellent as well. Dr. Lee made sure there were no complications and checked on her daily throughout recovery, and the recovery process went exactly as he had described beforehand. As international patients, we also really appreciated how smoothly and professionally the clinic was run and coordinated. The staff was phenomenal, and everyone's English was outstanding, which made communication easy. The accommodations for both the patient and visiting family were excellent. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Dr. Lee and the team to anyone considering plastic surgery.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated not just as patients, but as family. Every member of the ViP team made us feel like true VIPs. A special thank you for the extraordinary care shown to my friend, who unfortunately fell ill upon arrival. The concern, attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine kindness displayed by everyone left us truly amazed, deeply impressed, and completely bowled over. It was comforting to know that we were in such capable and caring hands. The level of service at ViP is unlike anything we have experienced before. The pre- and post-surgery care were outstanding. I was absolutely mesmerized by the facial treatments and hair-washing services after surgery. I have never heard of any clinic in Singapore providing such thoughtful and comprehensive care. Every treatment was delivered with such warmth and expertise that it made recovery a much more pleasant journey. And let's not forget the food! The meals were not only nutritious but delicious. I miss the food so much that I have started incorporating more yogurt and pumpkin puree into my daily diet! I especially miss the warm smiles of the chef serving our meals. Every single person added a unique and personal touch that made our stay unforgettable. Although my eyes are still swollen, cannot open fully and recovery is ongoing, I remain hopeful and optimistic. We sincerely hope that in the weeks and months ahead, our healing will continue to progress beautifully and that we will be delighted with our end results. Recovery is a journey, and we are looking forward to seeing even greater improvements over time. What touched us most was the family-oriented culture at ViP. The kindness, patience, friendliness, expertise, and professionalism demonstrated by everyone made us feel completely at home throughout our stay. My experience with VIP Plastic Surgery was one that felt very holistic and thoughtfully curated from start to finish. What stood out most to me was Dr Lee’s experience and professionalism. Knowing that he holds both local Korean and USA board certifications gave me an added sense of confidence and reassurance throughout the process. Communication via WhatsApp was not always the quickest, but replies were steady, consistent, and every single question I had was answered thoroughly. I appreciated that pre and post-operative information was clearly provided, and requirements such as medical history and blood tests were obtained beforehand. The clinic also conducts another set of tests prior to surgery, which made me feel they take patient safety seriously. Consultations were personally done by Dr Lee, which I valued greatly. Dressings and follow-up care were also attended to carefully by the doctors and nurses. Post-operatively, patients are provided meals suited for healing and recovery, which was such a comforting touch. One thing I truly loved was the entire concept of the clinic. It felt more than just a surgical center — everything was integrated thoughtfully. From the surgical floor to post-facial care, oxygen chambers, treadmill recovery support, and even a restaurant catered for patients, the experience felt very comprehensive and healing-focused. There at the restaurant area where patients can mingle, share experiences, and support one another, which created a comforting environment during recovery. A special shout out to Dr Lee, the night nurse who tended to me even after everyone had gone home, Ms Leah my coordinator, JoAnn the incredibly friendly and supportive director, DO the professional photographer, and everyone else on the team. My experience at VIP has truly been more than anticipated and expected. Dr. Lee is one of the best surgeons around the globe; my facial and neck modifications look AMAZING! I didn’t expect to look so young! 😊 Dr. Yoo did my eyes, the shape of them are too cute. The eye swelling is taking longer to heal but I am pleased with his work as well. All of the staff members; Ms. JoAnn (best and greatest Manager), ladies at the front desk, nurses, medical team, the Photographer, the drivers, the lounge/dinning staff, and the housekeepers are remarkable people. Everyone is SO kind, friendly, professional, attentive and “On Point” when you need anything! I came alone on this trip from the US but they made me feel like family and took very good care of me. My coordinator, Ms. Julia is an extravert, her bubbly personality and professionalism was my initial communication while in the states. When I actually had my first face to face appointment in Korea at VIP, she ran towards me, called out my name and gave me a huge hug! I knew then, I had made the best decision! I underwent surgery at VIP Plastic Surgery in Jeju Island with Dr Myung Ju Lee (facelift) and Dr Kim (blepharoplasty), and my experience has been exceptional from start to finish. The clinic provides an extremely comprehensive and meticulous approach to care. The pre-operative assessment was very thorough, and the post-operative care has been outstanding, including IV infusions of prostaglandins, antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medication to support healing and minimise complications. Patients receive up to 16 days of accommodation and 4 days of highly nutritious meals, which greatly supports recovery. In addition, the clinic provides daily LED therapy, facials and hyperbaric oxygen therapy, all designed to optimise healing and surgical outcomes. The surgeons review patients frequently after surgery and the staff are consistently warm, attentive and highly professional. The atmosphere is very reassuring — you truly feel that you are treated as an individual rather than just another patient. I was also very impressed by the credentials, experience and surgical skill of both Dr Lee and Dr Kim. Their work and the clinic’s published before-and-after results speak for themselves. As a medical doctor trained in the UK and currently practising in Australia, I have experience of healthcare delivery systems internationally. The lengths this clinic goes to in order to optimise safety and reduce the risk of post-operative complications are exceptional and were an important factor in my decision to have surgery here. Overall, the care has been superlative, and I would highly recommend VIP Plastic Surgery to anyone considering facial surgery.

Exceptional professionalism and excellent service! During the entire stay I felt so important, pampered and well taken care of - they treated me as if I were their only patient! Dr. Lee is an exceptional doctor, a professional who has not only in-depth knowledge, but also an extremely accurate and precise hand of a surgeon. A highly skilled professional and a great leader! I am also impressed by the aftercare the clinic provided, such as the daily dressings by the doctor, facials and hyperbaric oxygen treatments. My VIP surgery experience was entirely elevated. The online consultation was smooth & the in person consultation was thorough. Everyone is very kind & considerate. Myke, Cristina, & Julia are sweet & meticulous. Eric, the driver, was very patient taking us places. This whole process has been seamless.
