(I am only stating the facts.) I made an appointment because the website advertised 5,000 won for a 1mm mole. The consultation was conducted with a counselor, not a doctor. Suddenly, they quoted 30,000 won per mole. When I mentioned that I booked based on the 5,000 won price listed on the website, they explained that moles are naturally cone-shaped, so removing them isn't the whole story, hence the 30,000 won price. If it's 30,000 won, does that mean my mole is 6mm...? (Photo) It looked odd no matter how I looked at it, so I asked what a 1mm mole looked like. They marked it with a pen to show me. When I said I couldn't tell the difference, they asked, "Then... instead of 30,000 won, how about 25,000 won?" Is this a fish market? Can you really haggle over mole removal? (My trust in them hit rock bottom at this point.) They even suggested that since they weren't sure if it was a mole or pigmentation, we should try CO2 mole treatment for 30,000 won per mole, and if that didn't work, we could do pigmentation treatment. When I asked if the director shouldn't be the one to examine and judge it personally, they replied that the director would likely say the same thing if they saw it. They also recommended a 1.63 million won pigmentation treatment, but I understand that since they need to do business, I can accept that. My trust in them has dropped, so when I told them I wouldn't be getting the procedure done today, they told me to pay a 5,000 won consultation fee.. It wasn't even a major procedure; I just went to get a mole removed, but I came back feeling upset.
