There is an English person for taking appointment and call but there is not a single translator for you in the hospital . As a foreigner it’s so hard to talk with the doctor

Be cautious! Dentists there use one and the same mouth mirror for all patients visitors without properly hygienic measures in this pandemic time! I will never go back there.

Rude contact center staff - got a message saying my appointment had been moved to a time and date I couldn't do. Called up and the operator said they might possibly be able to move it to the next day but couldn't confirm a time (helpful) and got really impatient with me when I was trying to clarify (Korean isn't my first language, as she was surely aware). Then the only appointment they could offer in the next 6 weeks is at an inconvenient time and 2+ weeks away. Not impressed.

I went here during my trip because of some problems and the staff (especially Ms Tina from the International Health Care Center) was really nice! The public transportation to the hospital is also really convenient (Line 9 nearby and buses). If you’re travelling/foreigner do not be scared of coming here, you will be well taken care of.

One of the famous hospital in and situated at the centre of the Seoul. They have top class doctors with good facilities. For foreigners they have international office and provide translators facility in order make ease consultation. The Hospital also have 24*7 emergency care and well connected by Subway Line 9.
