I had a great experience with Medical Avenue for my eye surgery. They handled all the logistics: choosing the right clinic, setting up appointments, coming along to interpret, and scheduling follow-ups. They also made sure I had all the paperwork I needed for back home. Communicating is super easy through WhatsApp or the app, and my coordinator Jayme always answers quickly whenever I have questions. I had used the agency before for a health check and related follow-up appointments, and the service was just as great then. If I come back for anything medical in the future, I’ll definitely use them again.

I want to take a moment to thank Jayme for her amazing help during my trip. As a tourist, I got sick, when I reached out to her team on WhatsApp about a stomach issue, Jayme responded quickly, even though it wasn't part of her usual services! Jayme guided me to the nearest hospital for international tourists and coordinated with my driver while I was in great pain. I wouldnt know how to do how this without her, she keep track on me and informed the hospital ahead for me. Her professionalism , fluent English, and clear communication made a difficult situation much easier to handle. I truly appreciate her willingness to help, and I would definitely recommend her to others. Thank you, Jayme!!!

I recently had a medical check-up and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The assistant stayed with me the entire time, making sure I was comfortable and everything went smoothly. One of the best parts was that we were able to book an appointment for another procedure on the same day, which was incredibly convenient. I do regret not asking about all of their services beforehand — had I known, I definitely would’ve booked even more with them. Highly recommend for any foreigners looking to get medical care in Korea. The process was seamless, professional, and very foreigner-friendly.

I am 57 year old Christian Chinese woman, I am working as Senior Software Engineer in US, This is my second review , I have been traveled to Korea Seoul three times in 2022 for different surgeries ( my eyes, nose , body liposuction, face contour etc.), all were via Medical Avenue Korea , Marina and Kate worked so professionally and worked on my behalf to negotiate the surgery cost Now they are my best friends and fellowship in Christ, they are so trustful and arranged everything so efficiently to make me so comfortable and relax. they introduced VIEW Clinic to operate all my surgeries and all are so successfully to make me look much younger and Prettier beyond my expectation !!!
