ミョンドンにあるreberryクリニックの店舗で施術を受けて、実際の感想を記録してみます。カウンセリングの体験は私が想像していたよりもずっと良かったです。医師はまず私の希望を聞き入れた上で、私が望む効果は別の方法でも十分に得られると説明してくれました。高価なプランを勧めるだけでなく、専門的なアドバイスを提供した上で最終的な決定は私に任せてくれます。施術時も院長の手つきはとても安定しており、初心者ではないことがすぐに分かりました。各ステップの前には必ず十分なコミュニケーションがあり、不快な点がないか尋ねてくれます。治療中も私の耐性に合わせて随時調整してくれます。中国語が話せる室長が同伴していたので、コミュニケーションに支障は全くありませんでした。全体的に見て行く価値があり、サービスの流れも非常にスムーズでした。

I’m excited to see the full results in a couple weeks, but I had a positive experience overall. I had several non-evasive treatments done - Lasers, onda, and microneedling. They made everything as comfortable as possible. Beds were warm and rooms were clean. Everyone was extremely friendly and efficient. The skin analysis was eye opening. I recommend going in with an idea of your priority issues and a budget, so you don’t get oversold on too many treatments. I’d recommend this clinic for anyone wanting to dive into some skin treatments.

I had a really positive experience at Reberry Clinic. From the moment I arrived, the interior felt very clean and beautifully designed especially the VIP section, which made the experience feel private and comfortable. The doctor was extremely thorough and detailed, taking the time to explain each procedure clearly and making sure I felt informed and at ease throughout the treatment. I really appreciated how carefully everything was approached. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and communication was smooth thanks to the availability of multiple languages, which made the entire visit stress-free.

院内は2階建てで、内装は明らかな日本のミニマルスタイル。静かで高級感があり、従来の皮膚科とはまったく異なる雰囲気だ。2階はVIPエリアで、500万ウォン以上の利用でVIP待遇が受けられ、コーヒーやドリンクなどを無料でオーダーできる細かなサービスが体験を最大化している。

明洞 reberry が私に与えた第一印象は「管理が非常に行き届いている」こと。チェーンの皮膚科なのに、まるで流れ作業のような感じはなく、サービスのペースも絶妙。各治療室の入り口にはタイマーが設置されており、それが室長のイヤホンに直結している。麻酔パックをする施術など、残り数分で終わるタイミングを事前に把握し、スタッフが積極的に次のステップへと連携してくれるため、「パックが終わっても誰も来ない」という待たされ感はほぼゼロ。この小さなディテールは本当に好感が持て、顧客体験の視点でフローを設計している証だと感じた。
