This was my first time getting gold microneedling with Juvelook. The anesthetic was very effective, and the pain was tolerable. The doctor and staff were both gentle and attentive!

Excellent! Unlike assembly line clinics, here you can have a one-on-one consultation with the director! The director seems very professional and experienced. He's also very meticulous during procedures. Additionally, there's a Chinese-speaking staff member who's very friendly and doesn't try to sell you anything. Highly recommended!

The nurse on the left of the desk seems really rude;; As soon as the customer leaves, she starts gossiping behind their back… … … . The customer was older, and it seemed like she was swearing while consulting with them… .. It’s not like they’re alone, there are people waiting, so it’s stressful. I can’t help but hear everything they say… I’m leaving a review because it’s uncomfortable to listen in while waiting… .
