I got the Onda treatment & fat dissolving injections almost a week ago! I should have measured my waist prior to the treatment so I could really see all the results! They did say to see major Results you get 3 or more treatments!

I tried Aqua Peel 2.0 + LDM here, it was great. ⭐️Procedure: Reservation ➡️ Check in at the counter right in front of elevator ➡️ wait a little bit ➡️ Consultation with doctor (with SI/translator) ➡️ Consultation with Aesthetic consultant (with SI/translator) ➡️ Confirmation of treatment and payment ➡️ Wash face and put your items in the locker ➡️ wait a little bit ➡️ Aqua peel ➡️ facial extraction ➡️ LDM 12 min ➡️ modeling mask ➡️ sunscreen ➡️ consultant/SI/translator giving you post-treatment care information (and give you a face mask) 📌Transportation: It’s very close to bus stops and MRT. The building is very easy to find too. Just go to Level 14. 🚌 bus stop: Gangnam station exit 12 🚇 MRT: Gangnam station (exit 12) On Naver map it looks like: Jiu医院 首尔特别市 江南区 驿三洞 822-2 🌟 The dean (doctor) and SI/translator (for Mandarin) were very kind and friendly, they went through my needs and medical history carefully. They recommended what’s suitable for me and didn’t push for anything at all. The staff performing Aqua Peel and LDM was very careful, I could feel that she went through some spots on my face for multiple times. Facial extraction was fast and not too painful. The environment is bright and clean (of course). Toilet is very clean. Overall, if I visit Seoul again, I will definitely just make a reservation here again.

This clinic is my new favorite in Korea. From the front desk to the staff and doctor, everyone was very friendly and professional. I was treated with such care and thoughtfulness. This clinic was also not pushy with their treatments and made sure to let us know that it’s our choices whether or not we’d want to do their recommended treatments. They took the time to explain the options and was very accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend Dr Hyona Lee - she was friendly, caring, gentle, and precise with her work. Definitely will be coming back any time we come to Korea.

This was the best aesthetic clinic experience I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve been to 4 other clinics in Asia (in Korea and Vietnam) and this was by far the best one. Incredibly helpful staff provided excellent translation into English and Cantonese (among other languages). All the after care instructions were also printed in our language for ease of communication. The consultation with Dr. Lee Hyo-na was very comprehensive and she showed so much care and understanding to my concerns and desired outcome. She is such a kind and professional doctor!! I can’t wait to schedule another visit on my next trip to Korea. I would easily recommend this clinic to friends. 10/10

Poor communication and very transactional care. English support was minimal, and doctors did not evaluate or recommend treatments — I had to point out everything myself. There was a miscommunication about the service despite prior messages, which led to an uncomfortable, defensive interaction. The second visit felt rushed and dismissive, with no proper prep or patient guidance. I would not recommend this clinic to foreigners or anyone expecting professional consultation. Their precision was having me identify all the blemishes they missed using my iPhone flashlight and and a pen to circle them. 2nd visit no locker, no face wash, just get in and get out.

The staff were kind, and I was very satisfied with the doctors’ consultations. Both the consultation manager and the doctors spoke English, so communication was smooth and comfortable. The promotional pricing was also reasonable and fair, with no discrimination against foreign clients. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, which made it easy to receive treatment, and I plan to visit again in the future.

The staff and doctors were really kind and personable here, my doctor especially was so fun to chat with even in my broken Korean. Like other foreigners, I was worried about going to a factory clinic or being upsold treatments I didn’t need. Everything was explained well to me and they didn’t pressure me when I pushed back on certain suggestions. I will be coming back here!

The clinic is so professional and kind. I enjoyed the professional care and hospitality the most. And the English speaking makes a difference. The outcomes are great. Will definitely come back again

We let them know our pain points and gave them our budget and the doctor and counselor gave us what they thought was best for us in our budget. The facility is also very modern and clean! Felt like a luxury doctor’s office. The prices were fair base on what I was seeing online and in the market. I wound up getting the i mode, shrink and Botox. Would highly recommend this place. It was busy there so i recommend a reservation, we made ours on Creatrip
